Pittsburgh Steelers TE Eric Ebron (knee) on Saturday, Nov. 27, was placed on the Reserve/Injured list.

Huddle Up: Ebron has only caught 12 of 18 targets for 84 yards and a TD in eight games this season, but was coming off his best fantasy outing (3-24-1) in Week 11 against the Chargers. In the meantime, this opens the door for more looks for rookie TE Pat Freiermuth.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Eric Ebron (knee) is expected to miss extended time and eventually undergo surgery after suffering a knee injury in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: Ebron has not been relevant in fantasy all season, but his absence figures to allow Pat Freiermuth to become a full-time player again. The rookie was a TE1 for fantasy purposes during Ebron's first absence this season and has clearly earned the trust of Ben Roethlisberger. There's no reason why Freiermuth shouldn't be a top 12 tight end the rest of the way if Ebron misses the rest of the season.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Eric Ebron (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Sept. 16.

Huddle Up: Fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation to see when Ebron will be able to return. He should see a handful of targets each game and likely will be a No. 2 tight end in most leagues.
