Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (illness) has been declared inactive for the Week 18 game.
Huddle Up: Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster should be the main receivers this week with Worthy not playing. The Chiefs are down to their third quarterback this season, so neither receiver is more than a possible flex option.

Kansas City Chiefs OG Trey Smith (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and has been ruled out for Week 18. DT Jerry Tillery (non-injury) did not practice and is listed as questionable. DE George Karlaftis (non-injury), RB Isiah Pacheco (non-injury) and OT Jaylon Moore (knee) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable. RB Kareem Hunt (illness), CB Kristian Fulton (knee, wrist), LS James Winchester (illness) and DT Derrick Nnadi (illness) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (illness) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and is listed as doubtful for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can monitor the situation but should not count on Worthy playing this week. Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster will likely be the main receivers for the Chiefs in Week 18 but are only possible flex options in some deeper leagues.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (illness) did not practice Thursday, Jan. 1.
Huddle Up: Worthy has missed back-to-back practices with an illness, and it remains to be seen if he will even suit up in the finale. It has been a disappointing season for Worthy, and with Patrick Mahomes sidelined to start next season, there is no guarantee that Worthy will bounce back.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (illness) did not practice Wednesday, Dec. 31.
Huddle Up: Worthy has struggled with consistency all season, and Kansas City's current quarterback situation isn't going to help matters. Even if Worthy does suit up, he could have a quiet end to the season.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy failed to catch all three of his targets and gained one yard on his only carry in a 20-13 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Worthy was struggling to deliver big numbers with Patrick Mahomes under center, so it is no surprise to see him struggle with Chirs Oladokun running the offense. Worthy needs to be avoided in the season finale.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy posted two receptions for 41 yards on three targets in Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Worthy tied for a team-high in receiving yardage, but he'll now be down to catching his passes for the third-string QB Chris Oladokun after Gardner Minshew left with a potential ACL tear just one week after Patrick Mahomes suffered the same fate. With a third-stringer under center, expect the offense to be choppy the rest of the way. Xavier might not be "worthy" of being in your fantasy lineup going forward.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (head) posted two receptions for 35 yards on four targets in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. He left the game briefly due to a head injury, but he returned and finished up.
Huddle Up: It appears Worthy will be OK for Week 16, which is the good news. The bad news is that Patrick Mahomes left with a knee injury which requires an MRI, so it's possible Worthy will have Gardner Minshew as his QB going forward. If so, that's a downgrade for all fantasy receivers for Chiefs Kingdom.
