Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright rushed 13 times for just 23 yards in Week 18 against the New England Patriots, while adding two receptions for 17 yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: Wright finished up strong, and he looks a tremendous backup option to De'Von Achane heading into 2026, assuming the team doesn't make any personnel changes such as a draft pick or veteran free agent to supplant Wright. He'd be a decent RB4 or flex fantasy option, or a handcuff to Achane, if things stay the way they are.

Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright rushed five times for 56 yards in a 20-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Wright has emerged as effective backup to De'Von Achane in recent weeks, and while he isn't seeing enough work to be a fantasy starter, he is setting himself up to be a must-own handcuff.

Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright rushed for 35 yards and one touchdown on nine carries against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16. He also caught one pass for 18 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Wright has seen an inconsistent workload over the last several weeks but does have two rushing touchdowns in his last three games. He will see a limited workload behind De'Von Achane next week and can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright had a two-yard run and a nine-yard reception in his only two touches against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 15.
Huddle Up: After rushing for 107 yards in relief of De'Von Achane last week, Wright was back on the bench, and with the Dolphins unable to sustain drives, he got only a couple of opportunities. Barring an injury to Achane, Wright holds no weekly value, though he could be worth owning as a handcuff.

Miami Dolphins RBs De'Von Achane and Jaylen Wright were both fined by the National Football League for their roles in a touchdown celebration during the first quarter of Week 14's game against the New York Jets. Achane was fined $8,238 and Wright was fined $6,288 for acts of unsportsmanlike conduct (violent gestures) during the celebration.

Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright rushed 24 times for a career-high 107 yards and a touchdown in Week 14 against the New York Jets, and he did not have a reception on three targets in place of the injured RB De'Von Achane (rib).
Huddle Up: Achane was available to return to the game, but with a rather lopsided score, head coach Mike McDaniel elected not to risk his star back. Wright did a great job in the backfield, and he would be a good fantasy addition if Achane were to suffer a setback. For now, fantasy managers should scoop up Wright and keep him on reserve.
