Indianapolis Colts C Tanor Bortolini (concussion), DL DeForest Buckner (neck), WR Anthony Gould (foot), TE Drew Ogletree (neck), S Daniel Scott (knee), and DE JT Tuimoloau (oblique) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 17 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. QB Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) was limited in practice all week and has been ruled out. LB Buddy Johnson (illness) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 26, and has been listed as questionable. G Dalton Tucker (shoulder) was limited in practice on Friday and is listed as questionable.
