San Francisco 49ers RB Isaac Guerendo (ankle, knee) was carted off in the first half of the Week 18 game against the Arizona Cardinals due to an ankle and knee injury and he was quickly ruled out. He had two rushes for five yards before departing. RB Patrick Taylor is expected to handle the lion's share of the carries down the stretch.
Huddle Up: Guerendo ends the season with 87 carries for 420 yards and four touchdowns, while also hauling in 15 receptions for 152 yards and no scores. Guerendo proved he can be a solid NFL tailback, at least in spurts. Heading into 2025, assuming this isn't a serious injury, Guerendo could have some late-round fantasy value in leagues of 12 or more teams.

Also, LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (calf) did not practice and is doubtful, TE George Kittle (ankle, hamstring), OT Colton McKivitz (knee), CB Isaac Yiadom (pelvis) and S Ji'Ayir Brown (ankle) were limited and are questionable and DE Nick Bosa (knee), DE Leonard Floyd (shoulder), WR Ricky Pearsall (illness, chest), RB Isaac Guerendo (foot, hamstring) and S Talanoa Hufanga (wrist) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

San Francisco 49ers RB Isaac Guerendo posted 34 yards on nine carries and added four receptions for 65 yards in the Week 17 loss to the Detroit Lions on Monday, Dec. 30.
Huddle Up: Guerendo looked like he was going to have a monster game after a big first half, both on the ground and through the air. However, the Niners completely abandoned the run game in the second half, which led to a lackluster finish for the Niners running back. Assuming the Niners play their starters in a meaningless Week 18 game, Guerendo will be an RB2.
