Dallas Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy has worked from the slot more this offseason.
Huddle Up: After a couple of strong performances last season, Flournoy should be the No. 3 receiver behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens in 2026. His production will likely be inconsistent if Lamb and Pickens are healthy, but if either receiver misses time, Flournoy becomes a viable starting option. Consider stashing Flournoy in deeper formats.

Dallas Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy is "one of those guys - because he does everything right" that Dak Prescott trusts implicitly, according to head coach Brian Schottenheimer.
Huddle Up: Flournoy is an under-the-radar fantasy option who will likely be on the waiver wire in most casual leagues - barring a great preseason - but he very much warrants a roster spot in most 12-team leagues with 18-man rosters. The third-year wideout was most impressive in two spots last year, shredding the New York Jets for a 6-114-0 line while filling in for an injured CeeDee Lamb in Week 5 and again when the whole crew was healthy in Week 14 against the Detroit Lions (9-115-1). Fantasy managers will not be able to start him confidently until Lamb and/or George Pickens miss time, but he has established himself to a point that it would be shocking if he doesn't exceed last year's production (40-475-4).

Dallas Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy seems to be the leading candidate for the No. 3 receiver job entering training camp, in the opinion of DallasCowboys.com's Kurt Daniels.
Huddle Up: Flournoy is coming off a solid 2025 season but will be behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens on the depth chart and will see a limited number of targets during games. He can be a late round pick in fantasy leagues but will not be a weekly starting option unless Lamb or Pickens suffer an injury.

Dallas Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy caught five of seven targets for 68 yards in a Week 18 loss to the New York Giants.
Huddle Up: Flournoy wrested the slot position away from Jalen Tolbert and others over the second half of the season, posting two games of 100+ yards and scoring four touchdowns on 40 receptions for 475 yards. His role should increase next season and he should be considered as a WR3 or flex option in deep leagues.

Huddle Up: Flournoy is set to return after a one-game absence and should see a handful of targets against the New York Giants. He can be a possible flex option in some leagues but can be avoided in a majority of leagues.
