Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew (thumb) has multiple fractures and a strained ligament in his right thumb, according to sources. He has had discomfort since Oct. 11, and the team didn't know about the injury.
Huddle Up: There have been whispers that Minshew would be benched out of the bye week, and this probably confirms it. Mike Glennon or Jake Luton will probably be at the helm. Avoid this situation in fantasy. You can drop Minshew for now, but he could be a late-season add.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. managed only one catch on seven targets for 26 yards in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Huddle Up: The connection between Gardner Minshew and Chark has fallen apart over the last two games, as the duo has connected on only eight of 21 targets after the third-year wideout had caught 18 of his first 20 targets to begin the season. In his defense, Chark has battled an ankle injury most of that time. The LSU product will get a chance to rewrite the narrative of what is quickly turning into a disappointing season after next week's bye when Jacksonville faces the Houston Texans' weak defense in Week 9.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. caught all three of his targets for a team-high 44 yards and rushed one time for no gain in Week 7 versus the Los Angeles Chargers.
Huddle Up: Unfortunately, this kind of usage and production is becoming the norm for one of the more unique talents in recent memory. With the exception of two games against the poor secondaries of the Houston Texans and Cincinnati Bengals, Shenault has failed to hit the 50-yard receiving mark. Jacksonville doesn't even appear all that excited about using him as a rusher anymore either. He should be considered a middling WR4 option after the Jaguars' bye when Jacksonville meets the Texans again in Week 9.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew finished 14-of-27 for 173 yards and two touchdowns in Week 7 versus the Los Angeles Chargers. He also ran for 21 yards on four carries.
Huddle Up: There were rumors floating around this week that head coach Doug Marrone was contemplating the possibility of benching Minshew. He didn't get benched in this contest, but he struggled nonetheless. While he did find Chris Conley on a pretty 28-yard TD pass, he took five sacks as Jacksonville rode James Robinson offensively. Minshew should be in a good spot after a bye to bounce back, as he should be a solid streaming option against the Houston Texans in Week 9.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 23, but is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Shenault was held in check last week but has caught at least five passes in three of the last four weeks. He should continue to have a solid role in the passing game moving forward and could be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 23, but is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Chark was targeted a season-high 14 times in the last game and is clearly the team's top option in the passing game. He should see plenty of targets again this week and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 22.
Huddle Up: Shenault was targeted seven times in the last game but finished with only 10 yards. He has been targeted 27 times over the last four games and has become a popular target for Gardner Minshew. He has a chance to be a flex option in deeper leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 22.
Huddle Up: Chark likely will be able to play in the Week 7 game despite the injury, but fantasy players can check on his status later in the week. He is one of the main options in the passing game when healthy and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Shenault is coming off a disappointing Week 6 performance but has been targeted at least six times in each of the last four games. He can be considered a flex option in some leagues but is not a must-start option.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Chark was targeted a season-high 14 times last week and will continue to be the main target in the passing game moving forward. He can be considered at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Chris Conley ended up with just one catch for six yards on two targets in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: It was Conley's first single-digit catch total since Week 1. Conley hasn't visited the end zone this season, and with the likes of Keelan Cole, Laviska Shenault Jr. and DJ Chark, there just isn't much fantasy appeal for Conley. You can leave him on the waiver wire in most leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. registered three receptions for just 10 yards on seven targets in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions and he added one run for a yard.
Huddle Up: Shenault was tabbed by many as a fantasy sleeper heading into this matchup, but he just never was able to get on track. It was actually Keelan Cole who shined for 143 receiving yards, and DJ Chark had seven grabs and 14 targets. That's not a good sign for Shenault's fantasy appeal heading into Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Keelan Cole registered six receptions for 143 yards and nine targets in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: Cole was unable to get into the end zone like last week, but his catch total matched a season best, his nine targets were the most in 2020, and he easily had his highest yardage total. His best yardage was actually 58 back in Week 2 in Tennessee. Don't get carried away and add him across the board, but he is worth a look as a WR5 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 7 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB James Robinson rushed 12 times for just 29 yards in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions, although he did add four catches for 24 yards and a touchdown on his four targets.
Huddle Up: The bad news is that Robinson was mostly stuck in neutral in the run game, but the good news is there isn't really anyone chasing him down for the top spot on the Jags.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew completed 25-of-44 passes for 243 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions and he ran for 14 yards and a score.
Huddle Up: Minshew failed to throw at least two touchdowns in a game for just the second time this season, although he did account for two total scores if you include the rushing touchdown. He remains a serviceable low-end QB1 or top QB2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, especially with plenty of starters on byes.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) is active for Week 6's game against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: Even though Chark only participated in one of the team's practice sessions during the week on a limited basis, he felt well enough during pregame warmups to be given the green light to play this afternoon. He merits consideration as a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3 in all fantasy formats.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB James Robinson faces the Detroit Lions in Week 6, and the Lions are allowing an NFL-high 170.3 rushing yards per game.
Huddle Up: Robinson's efficiency has been up and down, but he has logged at least 11 carries and 17 touches in all five games. The volume combined with the friendly matchup gives Robinson RB2 upside in Week 6.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Shenault has recorded 17 receptions over the last three weeks and has 165 yards over the last two weeks. He can be considered a No. 3 receiver or flex option in fantasy leagues against the Detroit Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 16, and is listed as questionable for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Chark may be a game-time decision this week, so fantasy players will need to monitor his status leading up to the game. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues if he plays, but players will need other options ready in case he is ruled out.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Huddle Up: Shenault has received a bigger role in the passing game over the last few weeks and could see more targets if DJ Chark Jr. is not able to play. He has a chance to be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Huddle Up: Chark's availability for Week 6 appears to be in question at this point, so fantasy players should monitor the situation. He is a solid starting option in fantasy leagues when healthy, but fantasy players will need to have other options available in case he is ruled out.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should monitor the situation to see if Shenault is in any danger of missing the Week 6 game. He has been targeted 20 times over the last three games and has posted at least 75 yards in the last two games. He can be considered a flex option this week if he plays.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) is out of practice Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Huddle Up: Keep an eye on the new injury. He has an 18-220-3 line on the season despite multiple injuries. He'd be a decent WR3 against the Detroit Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark Jr. ended up with just three receptions for 16 yards on four targets in Week 5 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Chark has three or more receptions in each of his four outings, but his yardage total was easily a season low. Still, he has three touchdowns in four games and remains a decent WR4 or flex fantasy option in most leagues heading into Week 6 against the Detroit Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Chris Conley ended up with two catches for 58 yards on his two targets in Week 5 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Conley has two or more receptions in four straight games, and his 58 yards were a season high. However, this type of production makes him more of a WR5 or WR6 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 6 against Detroit.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. finished with seven receptions and 79 yards on eight targets in Week 5 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: The rookie out of Colorado has seen his role increase each week. He has at least three catches in each of his five games, and 12 grabs for 14 targets and 165 yards in the past two outings. While he hasn't scored since Week 1, Shenault can be treated as a WR3 or flex fantasy play in most leagues heading into Week 6 against the Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB James Robinson rushed 13 times for 48 yards in Week 5 against the Houston Texans and he added five receptions for 22 yards on seven targets. He also lost a fumble.
Huddle Up: It wasn't a great day for Robinson, but no one is really pushing him for backfield touches at the moment. Treat him as more of an RB3 or flex fantasy play in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 6 against the Lions.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew completed 31-of-49 passes for 301 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 5 against the Houston Texans and he ran for 18 yards.
Huddle Up: Minshew has back-to-back 300-yard games, and he has two or more touchdowns in four of his five outings this season. He is in that low-end QB1 or top QB2 neighborhood in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. The Jaguars host the Detroit Lions in Week 6.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 9, but is not on the injury report for Week 5.
Huddle Up: Shenault has been more involved in the passing game over the last two games and is also receiving a few carries in the running game. He could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues but can be avoided in most leagues.
