Cleveland Browns WR Jarvis Landry (hip, ribs) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: Landry will receive more targets in the passing game with Odell Beckham Jr. out of the lineup. He has posted at least 50 yards in only two games this season but can still be a No. 3 receiver in most leagues.

Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt (ribs) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: Hunt has dealt with the injury for the last several weeks but has not missed any playing time. He will continue to receive most of the work at running back while Nick Chubb is sidelined and can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns TE Austin Hooper (abdomen) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: Hooper is recovering from an appendectomy and probably will miss at least one more week. Harrison Bryant is coming off a two-touchdown performance in place of Hooper last week and could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (rib) was not included on the injury report Wednesday, Oct. 28. The AFC Offensive Player of the Week had been playing with a cracked rib.
Huddle Up: Mayfield fought through injury to play in Week 7, and he tossed a career-high five touchdowns in a 37-34 road victory against the Cincinnati Bengals. He has another favorable fantasy matchup, but remains more of a high-end QB2 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, especially now that WR Odell Beckham Jr. is lost for the season due to an ACL injury.

Cleveland Browns TE Austin Hooper (appendix) was unable to play Wednesday, Oct. 28, and he is likely to sit out in Week 8 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Sitting for a second straight game would allow him to recuperate through the bye week and return in Week 10 against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: With Hooper more than likely to sit in Week 8, it appears rookie Harrison Bryant will see a meaningful role against the Raiders, with David Njoku also factoring in. Reserve Hooper in all fantasy leagues if you normally rely upon him.

Cleveland Browns WR Jarvis Landry (hip, ribs) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Huddle Up: Landry threw another 19-yard pass and rushed twice for four yards to go with his five catches for 48 yards in Week 7. He'll likely pick up more work in the passing game with WR Odell Beckham Jr. on the Reserve/Injured list and needs to be in lineups once again.

Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt (ribs) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Huddle Up: Hunt played 90 percent of the offensive snaps in the Browns' Week 7 win over the Cincinnati Bengals and totaled 102 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. He'll continue to be an RB1 in Week 8 against the Las Vegas Raiders with Nick Chubb still sidelined.

Cleveland Browns RB Nick Chubb (knee) could return in Week 10 after the bye, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Huddle Up: Chubb should be stashed in all formats. Kareem Hunt is on the RB1/RB2 apex in all formats in the meantime.

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) confirmed that he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament, and his season is over.
Huddle Up: Rashard Higgins caught all six targets for 110 yards yesterday, and he can be viewed as a low-end WR3 right now.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku finished with two receptions for 20 yards and a touchdown on three targets in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: The disgruntled Njoku was able to return to the end zone for the first time since Week 1, getting a chance with Harrison Bryant to fill the void left by Austin Hooper, who had an appendectomy. Despite the score, he is only worth a look in the very deepest of fantasy leagues at this point.

Cleveland Browns WR Donovan Peoples-Jones registered three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown on three targets in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: Peoples-Jones, the team's sixth-round pick out of Michigan, might see a larger role as Odell Beckham Jr. checked out early with what the team feels might be a serious knee injury. Take a wait-and-see approach with DPJ, as he still might only be the No. 3 wideout in Cleveland behind Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins.

Cleveland Browns TE Harrison Bryant ended up with four receptions for 56 yards and two touchdowns on five targets in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals, stepping up for the missing TE Austin Hooper (appendectomy).
Huddle Up: The rookie from Florida Atlantic showed why he won the John Mackey Award in 2019, awarded to the nation's top collegiate tight end. He could be a decent TE2 in Week 8 against the Las Vegas Raiders, as Hooper is expected to be inactive again. Bryant could be a sneaky DFS option, too.

Cleveland Browns WR Jarvis Landry (rib) posted five catches for 48 yards on six targets in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals, playing through a cracked rib he suffered earlier in the month.
Huddle Up: Landry is likely to handle a lion's share of the targets with Odell Beckham Jr. going down with what the team fears is a serious injury. Landry will likely head up a wideout corps which also includes Rashard Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones. The Browns host the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.

Cleveland Browns WR Rashard Higgins ended up with six receptions for a career-high 110 yards on his six targets in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: Higgins actually entered with two touchdowns in his past two games, and it was his first 100-yard game. He should continue to see a big workload behind Jarvis Landry, as the team fears Odell Beckham Jr. might have suffered a severe knee injury in the win. Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones appear in line for many more snaps and targets.

Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt rushed 18 times for 76 yards in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals and he added three receptions for 26 yards and a score on his four targets.
Huddle Up: The rushing total was Hunt's highest since Week 2, which was also against the Bengals. He hasn't scored on the ground in three games, but he has four receiving scores across the past six outings. Hunt remains a strong RB2 across the board in most fantasy leagues. The Browns host the Raiders in Week 8.

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (rib) completed 22-of-28 passes for 297 yards, a career-high five touchdowns and one interception in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and he set a franchise record with 21 consecutive completions. CBS broadcaster Spero Dedes reported before the game that he was playing with a cracked rib, too.
Huddle Up: Mayfield's previous career high was four touchdown throws set Nov. 25, 2018 in a 35-20 win at Cincinnati, so he loves facing the Bengals. In fact, four of his seven games with three or more touchdown passes have come against the Bengals, a team he has faced just six times. Despite the big game he is still more of a QB2 in most fantasy leagues against the visiting Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.

Updating previous reports, Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) will not return to the Week 7 game because of his knee injury.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should know more about Beckham's injury in the next day or two. Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins should be the starting receivers while Beckham is out of the lineup. Landry is off to a slow start but can be a No. 3 fantasy receiver, while Higgins has a chance to be a flex option.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku has received some trade interest from other teams, but the team does not plan on moving him before the trade deadline.
Huddle Up: Njoku will serve as the team's starting tight end for at least one week with Austin Hooper sidelined. He should have a solid role in the passing game and can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Cleveland Browns TE Austin Hooper (appendix) is not expected to return to action until after the team's Week 9 bye. He was already declared out for Week 7's game versus the Cincinnati Bengals and also appears likely to miss Week 8's contest versus the Las Vegas Raiders.
Huddle Up: Hooper appears to be on track to return for Week 10's game versus the Houston Texans Nov. 15. David Njoku will serve as Cleveland's No. 1 tight end in Hooper's absence and merits consideration as a low-end TE1 option in deeper fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns WR Jarvis Landry (hip, ribs) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 23, but is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Landry will continue to play despite a broken rib and will see a handful of targets in the passing game. He will have a favorable matchup and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 23, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Njoku likely will be the starting tight end for the Browns this week with Austin Hooper sidelined. He has been recorded only five receptions and 63 yards in three games this season. Fantasy players probably can find better options, but Njoku could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt (ribs) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 23, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Hunt has played well since taking over the starting job and will see plenty of touches this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. He should be considered a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (chest) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 23, and is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Mayfield threw for a season-low 119 yards last week and has four interceptions in the last two games. He will have a more favorable matchup this week but may only be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues.

Cleveland Browns TE Austin Hooper (appendix) is undergoing an appendectomy Friday, Oct. 23, and will miss the team's Week 7 game against the Cincinnati Bengals, head coach Kevin Stefanski announced.
Huddle Up: Hooper had been coming on with at least 10.2 PPR points in each of his last three games, but it's time for a late-week tight end switch with Friday's sudden development.

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield (chest) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 22.
Huddle Up: Mayfield has thrown three touchdowns and four interceptions over the last two weeks and has been held to under 200 passing yards in four of the last six games. He can be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues but should be avoided in standard leagues.
