New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (thumb) had tape on his thumb during his brief appearance at practice Thursday, Aug. 15. Dorsett left Wednesday's practice session after a hard fall.
Huddle Up: The injury doesn't seem significant at this point, but Dorsett isn't expected to have much fantasy value in a crowded Patriots receiving corps. He could be a bye-week option when at full health this season.

New England Patriots WR Maurice Harris took first-team snaps with WR Phillip Dorsett during team periods on Sunday, July 28, regardless of personnel grouping.
Huddle Up: Harris has quickly rocketed up the fantasy cheat sheets and should start to get some sniffs in the late rounds on draft day if he sticks as a top-three wideout for the Pats. There is plenty of time remaining in training camp and the preseason for Harris to tumble down the depth chart, but he isn't doing anything to hurt himself at the moment.

New England Patriots WR N'Keal Harry worked behind WRs Phillip Dorsett and Maurice Harris during team periods in practice on Sunday, July 28. He also took the field in team drills primarily when the Patriots went to 11 personnel using three wideouts, a running back and a tight end.
Huddle Up: Harry is likely to start out as a WR4 or flex fantasy option, but he has the potential to be a WR3 or perhaps even a low-end WR2 depending on how much he develops and jells with Tom Brady. Snagging him in the later rounds is a sound investment, as he could be a top-30 wide receiver by season's end.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett 'seems like a logical fit' for the No. 3 receiver role in 2019, according to Phil Perry of NBC Sports Boston.
Huddle Up: Dorsett possesses big-play speed, but he's never been able to translate his physical gifts into consistent production on the field. That being said, Julian Edelman is currently the only proven target among New England's receivers, so Dorsett would be worth a speculative add late in drafts if he secures a spot as a top-three receiver.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett worked with the first-team offense during positional drills in OTAs Thursday, May 23.
Huddle Up: Dorsett has a shot to secure a starting spot across from Julian Edelman, so he's a player worth keeping an eye on. If he breaks camp as a top-three receiver, he will be worth a flier in the later rounds.

Free-agent WR Phillip Dorsett (Patriots) agreed to terms a new one-year deal with the New England Patriots, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Dorsett could receive a bigger role in the passing game depending on if the team is able to re-sign Chris Hogan. He posted 290 yards and three touchdowns this past season but could be a late-round option in deeper leagues depending on his role.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett caught four passes for 41 yards and one touchdown against the Los Angeles Chargers in the Divisional Round playoff game.
Huddle Up: Dorsett has caught a touchdown in back-to-back games and has been targeted 10 times in the two games. He could be a flex option in some leagues next week but is not a must-start option.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett caught five passes for 34 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Dorsett has not been a factor for most of the season but played well against the Jets. He could see some targets during the playoffs but should not be a fantasy option.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (ankle) left the Week 3 game against the Detroit Lions due to an ankle injury. He returned on the final drive, but ended the night with no catches on five targets.
Huddle Up: Dorsett had a golden chance to do something with just three receivers active for the game, but he couldn't get on the board. Now, Josh Gordon is waiting in the wings and Julian Edelman will return soon from a suspension. Dorsett never had a better chance to be fantasy relevant and now he'll be back toiling in obscurity.

New England Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett posted seven receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Week 1 win against the Houston Texans. He was targeted seven times.
Huddle Up: Dorsett posted a total of 12 catches with 194 yards and no receiving touchdowns across 15 games in 2017 with the Pats. He was expected to be better, but he already has more than half as many catches as he had all of last year. The former Miami Hurricanes standout looks like a solid sleeper heading into Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
