Philadelphia Eagles DT Jalen Carter (shoulder) and OT Lane Johnson (foot) did not participate in practice Saturday, Dec. 6, and have been ruled out for Week 14. S Marcus Epps (shoulder) and OT Myles Hinton (back) fully participated in practice but are listed as questionable. LB Zack Baun (hand), OG Landon Dickerson (non-injury), WR Jahan Dotson (toe), WR Xavier Gipson (shoulder) and DE Jaelan Phillips (concussion) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
