Arizona Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett hosted a private workout with skill-position players including WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and TE Trey McBride. Brissett missed organized team activities due to a contract dispute.
Huddle Up: Brissett will be a QB2/matchup play no matter what. But his baseline will drastically affect McBride as a TE1 and Harrison as a WR2 or WR3 possibility.

Arizona Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett continues to seek a reworked contract, according to head coach Mike LaFleur, who noted that both sides will engage in negotiations before training camp opens July 22. Brissett's dissatisfaction reportedly stems from his current deal only containing $1.5 million of guaranteed money for the 2026 season.
Huddle Up: Brissett skipped optional offseason workouts because of the contract situation but appeared at the team's mandatory minicamp earlier this month to avoid getting fined by the Cardinals, although he did not participate in on-field work. Although he tops Arizona's depth chart at quarterback, he should only be viewed as a QB2 option in fantasy leagues.

Arizona Cardinals coach Mike LaFleur says QB Jacoby Brissett is "just fine" despite him missing time at the team's OTAs.
Huddle Up: Brissett is the Cardinals' only option at quarterback at this point in the offseason. The team also has Gardner Minshew and Carson Beck, but neither has played in the system. Regardless, the Cardinals quarterback situation should be avoided in fantasy, barring injuries.

Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. is heading into Year 3 after two mostly underwhelming seasons. He jelled nicely with QB Jacoby Brissett, who could be the starting quarterback in 2025, but it's possible he has to work with journeyman QB Gardner Minshew or rookie QB Carson Beck, which could stunt his growth.
Huddle Up: Fantasy managers in keeper formats who are patiently waiting for Harrison to break out face the prospect of the receiver working with yet another new quarterback, which is certainly not optimal. The good news is that he will be working in the offensive-minded system of new head coach Jonathan Gannon. For now, though, it's wait-and-see, and patience is starting to wear thin.
