Cleveland Browns QBs Kevin Hogan, DeShone Kizer and Cody Kessler will know who will start next week by Wednesday, Oct. 18, according to head coach Hue Jackson.
Huddle Up: Cleveland has been wishy washy with the quarterback position this year, or rather for the last couple decades or so. None of Hogan, Kizer or Kessler should be started unless they're the last possible option for those who own Aaron Rodgers and/or Sam Bradford and/or a bye-week quarterback.

Cleveland Browns QB Kevin Hogan completed 20 of his 37 pass attempts for 140 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions in the Week 6 game against the Houston Texans. He also rushed five times for 36 yards.
Huddle Up: Hogan supplanted rookie DeShone Kizer as the team's starter but the results were obviously the same, as the Browns fell to 0-6 overall. Neither Hogan nor Kizer are worthy of fantasy consideration heading into Week 7 against the Titans.

Cleveland Browns QB Kevin Hogan was named the starting quarterback Wednesday, Oct. 11.
Huddle Up: Hogan was 16-for-19 for 194 yards, two scores and a pick last week, and he also rushed four times for 30 yards. He's not going to move the fantasy needle consistently, but he does face the Houston Texans this week after they just lost two key pass rushers. He could be a sneaky bye-week filler.

Cleveland Browns QB DeShone Kizer was replaced by QB Kevin Hogan at the start of the second half of the team's Week 5 game.
Huddle Up: Kizer struggled during the first half of the game and turned the ball over twice in the red zone. It is not known if this is a short-term benching or if Hogan will take over as the starter. Owners in all leagues should avoid the Browns quarterback situation no matter who is starting.

Cleveland Browns QB DeShone Kizer (migraine) left the team's Week 2 game early because of a migraine and is considered questionable to return. QB Kevin Hogan has taken over as the starting quarterback.
Huddle Up: Owners will need to check on Kizer's status after the game to see if he will miss any more time. Kizer was solid in Week 1 and should be the team's quarterback of the future but is only a low-end No. 2 quarterback in most leagues.
