Updating previous reports, undrafted free-agent FB Jackson Acker (Wisconsin), WR Gabriel Benyari (Kennesaw State), WR Ja'Mori Maclin (Kentucky), RB Desmond Reid (Pitt) and WR Max Tomczak (Youngstown State) officially signed with the Buffalo Bills Friday, May 8. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

University of Pittsburgh RB Desmond Reid will not play in the Military Bowl on Dec. 27, as he announced he has declared for the 2026 NFL Draft. Reid was limited to seven games due to injuries in 2025, his second season in Pitt after transferring in from Western Carolina. He totaled 60 carries for 278 yards and two touchdowns with 23 receptions, 317 yards and two more scores, and he has ability in the punt return game, too.
