New England Patriots WR Maurice Harris has looked 'terrific' and been the best wide receiver in camp by 'a decent margin,' according to MassLive's Andrew Callahan.
Huddle Up: It should be noted Julian Edelman is not participating in practice as he continues to recover from a broken thumb. Nevertheless, it's still an impressive feat to earn such praise with the likes of first-round pick N'Keal Harry and Dontrelle Inman also in the mix. Harris caught the eye of Jay Gruden and performed well for a brief spell last season, so it's not as if this is coming out of nowhere. Owners in deeper leagues should keep an eye on him during preseason action.

Washington Redskins WR Maurice Harris was held without a catch on his four targets in the Week 12 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Harris had shown signs of life in recent weeks and now will have gamers questioning his utility with a good matchup ahead vs. the Philadelphia Eagles. It's best to keep him in reserve in conventional situations.

Washington Redskins WR Maurice Harris finished with one catch for 13 yards on four targets in Week 11 versus the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Harris flashed in a big way with 10 catches in Week 9, but he disappointed a bit in Week 10 in the best matchup he could have asked for against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Trey Quinn operating out of the slot for the most part in Week 11, Harris' lack of explosiveness was exposed on the perimeter. Owners should feel free to move on from him.

Washington Redskins WR Maurice Harris is in line for a full-time role with WR Paul Richardson (shoulder) out for the season. Harris has the best hands CB Quinton Dunbar said he has seen on a receiver. Harris isn't a fast guy, but he's the kind of possession receiver QB Alex Smith loves. 'Mo has always been a consistent player for us,' Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said. 'Not the fastest guy in the world, but he runs excellent routes. He's a quarterback-friendly guy. Knows how to work in zone. (Has) the quickness to separate man-to-man, so he's a great option for us right now.'
Huddle Up: Harris had 10 grabs for 124 yards on 12 targets last week. The Redskins face the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense, and Harris could be heavily involved again. He's a flex consideration this week.

Washington Redskins WR Maurice Harris posted three grabs for 47 yards on eight targets in Week 5 against the New Orleans Saints on Monday, Oct. 8.
Huddle Up: Harris saw an increase in targets with Josh Doctson sidelined and Paul Richardson leaving the game early with a knee issue. He could be in line for more targets heading into Week 6 against the Panthers if Doctson and/or Richardson are shelved.

Washington Redskins WR Maurice Harris might see a larger role in the Week 5 game against the New Orleans Saints on Monday, Oct. 6.
Huddle Up: Josh Doctson was unable to practice all week due to a heel injury and is listed as questionable. He is still walking around with a limp, so he doesn't look good for Monday. Harris could see a bump in targets and stats, but his fantasy appeal is still limited to deeper leagues despite the ultra-favorable matchup against the defensively-challenged Saints.
