Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman rushed 19 times for 109 yards and caught one pass for three yards in a 36-13 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 13. He also lost a fumble.
Huddle Up: Foreman has enjoyed a boost in usage with Derrick Henry sidelined, but he had been held to 30 yards or less in his previous three appearances. He could keep the momentum going against Jacksonville in Week 13, but Foreman is best suited as a flex option.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman is expected to start and receive the bulk of the carries in Week 12's game against the New England Patriots.
Huddle Up: Foreman did not appear on the team's final edition of the injury report despite participating in all three of the team's practice sessions on a limited basis, due to a minor triceps injury. He can be viewed as a low-end No. 2 running back option or flex option in deeper standard leagues this week. RB Dontrell Hilliard may also see some offensive snaps this afternoon but is not a recommended fantasy option at this point.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman (triceps) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 26, but is not on the injury report for Week 12.
Huddle Up: Foreman likely will share playing time with Dontrell Hilliard this week against the New England Patriots. He has posted decent numbers over the last few weeks but may only be a flex option in deeper standard leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman (triceps) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 25.
Huddle Up: Foreman appears to be on track to play in the Week 12 game and probably will share playing time with Dontrell Hilliard if he is active. He could be a possible flex option in deeper standard leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman (triceps) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 24.
Huddle Up: Foreman appears to have decent chance to play in Week 12, but fantasy players will have a better idea later in the season. He has posted 147 total yards in three games this season and will see a handful of touches against the New England Patriots. He could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman ran seven times for 25 yards with one catch for 15 yards on his only target in Week 11 against the Houston Texans, his former team.
Huddle Up: Foreman had eight total touches to 11 for Adrian Peterson and 15 for Dontrell Hilliard. As long as he is third in the pecking order for backfield touches, Foreman's fantasy appeal is rather limited.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman rushed for 30 yards on a team-high 11 carries and caught both of his targets for 48 yards in a 23-21 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 10.
Huddle Up: A week after appearing to be third in the backfield pecking order, Foreman ended up leading the committee against the Saints. He is worth a speculative stash in case he emerges as the lead back, but don't be surprised if his touches fluctuate from one week to the next.

Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman on Saturday, Nov. 6, was signed to the Week 9 roster from the practice squad.
Huddle Up: Foreman joins fellow newcomer Adrian Peterson and Jeremy McNichols as the Titans' Week 9 backs in the first game of the 2021 post-Derrick Henry era. McNichols and Peterson, though, are the only real usuable fantasy options this week as flex considerations.
