Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman rushed 24 times for 113 yards in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos and he was not targeted in the pass game. It was his fourth 100-yard game of the season, all coming in the past six appearances since Oct. 23.
Huddle Up: Foreman has emerged as a legitimate RB2 in all fantasy leagues since the trade of Christian McCaffrey to the San Francisco 49ers. You'll need to make alternate plans next week with the Panthers on a bye, as Carolina's next game isn't until Week 14 on the road against the Seattle Seahawks.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (rest) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
Huddle Up: It's just a rest day for Foreman, who remains a solid RB2 play going into Week 12.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman rushed 31 times for 130 yards and a touchdown in a 25-15 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman rushed seven times for 23 yards in Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals, while adding two grabs for minus-2 yards on his three targets.
Huddle Up: After a giant game last week in Atlanta, and back-to-back 100-yard performances, this was a huge bummer for those who used valuable FAAB budget on Foreman this week. He and the Panthers will try and run it back against the Falcons on Thursday night in Week 10. Despite this performance, he should be considered a low-end RB2 or flex fantasy option due to his performance against Atlanta last weekend.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 3.
Huddle Up: Foreman likely will be the starting back this season but will have to share playing time with Chuba Hubbard if he is active. Foreman should still see a good amount of touches and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers RB D'Onta Foreman (rest) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
Huddle Up: It's just a rest day for Foreman, so there's no concern about his Week 9 availability. What is concerning is the potential return of Chuba Hubbard (ankle), who sat out in Week 8 but was a limited participant on Wednesday, something he wasn't all of last week. If Hubbard plays, Foreman will be hard to trust as anything more than a risky flex play, even after a huge week as Hubbard will at least cut into Foreman's work, and he could lead the backfield entirely in what is also a less-than-favorable matchup versus the Cincinnati Bengals. If Hubbard sits, Foreman is a must-start RB2.
