Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill received an original-round tender Tuesday, March 17.
Huddle Up: Hill will be a part of a committee with Ito Smith and Qadree Ollison splitting the backfield following the release of Devonta Freeman. The Falcons are also expected to target a running back at some point in the 2020 NFL Draft, and he could easily rise to the top of the depth chart. Hill won't enter the season with fantasy value.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill rushed for 66 yards on seven carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.
Huddle Up: Hill has played well at times this season but has received under 10 carries in each of the last five games. He will receive limited touches next week and can be avoided in most leagues.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill ran nine times for 62 yards and a touchdown vs. the Carolina Panthers in Week 14 on Sunday, Dec. 8.
Huddle Up: This one was all about the matchup vs. one of the weakest run defenses in the league. Carolina gives up touchdowns at an alarming rate, and Hill will be of no use in Week 15 at San Francisco.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill rushed for 14 yards on nine carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12. He also caught three passes for 13 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Hill has not posted great numbers since taking over the starting job but likely will continue to receive most of the work at running back until Devonta Freeman returns. He could be a flex option in some leagues next week.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill rushed for 30 yards on 15 carries against the Carolina Panthers in Week 11. He also caught one pass for eight yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Hill was a popular waiver wire pickup this week but was not a big contributor to fantasy teams. He likely will receive the start next week if Devonta Freeman remains sidelined but would be facing a tough Tampa Bay Buccaneers run defense. He probably would only be a flex option if he starts.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill played 51 percent of the offensive snaps Sunday, Nov. 10, in the win over the New Orleans Saints. The bulk of Hill's work came with RB Devonta Freeman (foot) out of the game.
Huddle Up: With Freeman expected to miss multiple games and backup Ito Smith (neck) already out for the year, Hill will have a big role in a nice matchup against the soft Carolina Panthers run defense. He should be a top waiver priority this week.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill rushed for 61 yards on 20 carries against the New Orleans Saints in Week 10. He also caught one pass for 10 yards and one touchdown during the game.
Huddle Up: Hill may be in line to start in Week 11 depending on Devonta Freeman's foot injury. He has posted decent numbers in limited playing time over the last several weeks and could be at least a flex option next week if he starts.

Atlanta Falcons RB Brian Hill rushed three times for 29 yards and a touchdown in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Huddle Up: Hill was seeing a little more work with Ito Smith sidelined. Despite the fact Hill has a rushing touchdown, and Devonta Freeman has none in eight games, he still has no fantasy appeal as long as Freeman is healthy. The Falcons are off in Week 9.

Atlanta Falcons RB Devonta Freeman is the unquestioned starting running back, but the team may ultimately decide to use Ito Smith, Brian Hill and Qadree Ollison to replace Tevin Coleman, who left for the San Francisco 49ers in free agency this spring.
'It's a position that has good talent for us. And now to be talented as a group, it may be a combination of those roles and featuring what those guys can do best. ... That's deeper than we've been at that position for a while, and I'm looking forward to the unique stuff that the guys do have,' head coach Dan Quinn said.
