Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (neck) was able to take part in offseason workouts. Seals-Jones and the rest of the tight ends saw plenty of four-receiver sets during minicamp and offseason workouts. However, he wasn't concerned about a lack of targets heading into 2019. 'Regardless of what happens, I'm going to keep trying to trend up,' Seals-Jones said. 'I'm going to get better at what I do, so whatever the outcome is, I'll be happy as long as I know I did my best. We'll see what the numbers look like at the end of the year.'
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones heads up a full room of tight ends which also includes Charles Clay and Maxx Williams. Kliff Kingsbury doesn't appear keen on using a tight end much in his offense, but it's still a work in progress right now. However, even if Seals-Jones is optimistic or not worried, his fantasy outlook is rather murky at the moment.

Arizona Cardinals exclusive rights free-agent TE Ricky Seals- Jones received a tender offer Friday, March 8.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones finished this season with 343 yards and one touchdown in 15 games. He probably will compete with Charles Clay for the starting tight end job next season but can be avoided in fantasy drafts.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 28, and has been ruled out for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Jermaine Gresham likely will be the starting tight end for the Cardinals this week but should not be an option in any fantasy leagues.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (shoulder) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 27.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones could be a game-time decision for the Week 17 game, so owners should monitor the situation. Jermaine Gresham would start if Seals-Jones does not play but is can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (shoulder) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 26.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones was on the injury report last week with an illness; now it's a shoulder issue, which could explain his one-catch-for- three-yards outing in Week 16. Either way, he's mostly just a TE2 option if he plays in the season finale.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (illness) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 21, and is listed as questionable for Week 16.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones has been targeted 13 times over the last two games but has posted at least 50 yards in one of the last eight games. Owners in most leagues should be able to find better options and can keep Seals-Jones on the bench.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (illness) was held out of practice for the second straight day Thursday, Dec. 20.
Huddle Up: Since this is related to an illness, it's still more than possible for Seals-Jones to suit up this week. If he can't, Jermaine Gresham would slide into his role, though he'd be someone to avoid if you're shooting for a fantasy title, even in formats that utilize two tight ends.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (illness) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 19.
Huddle Up: Since it's related to an illness, Seals-Jones figures to be fine in time for Sunday's divisional matchup against the Rams. While he normally would be a desperation streamer at tight end, Seals- Jones will be in position to gobble up plenty of targets with the Cardinals expected to be losing decisively all game.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones posted one grab for 10 yards on three targets in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones started off all right, but lately he has fallen right off the cliff. He has just three catches for 20 yards on eight targets over the past three outings. Avoid him in all fantasy leagues heading into Week 14 against the Lions.

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones hauled in five receptions for 51 yards on nine targets in the Week 10 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Huddle Up: Seals-Jones tied a season high for grabs, but his yardage total was just mediocre and he hasn't scored in six outings dating back to Week 3 against the Chicago Bears. He remains more of a TE2 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 11 against he Oakland Raiders.
