Free-agent TE Logan Paulsen (Redskins) re-signed with the Washington Redskins on a one-year deal Friday, March 11.
Huddle Up: Paulsen remains nothing more than a backup behind stud starter Jordan Reed, but the latter's history of health issues also must be noted here.

Chicago Bears WR Kevin White (shin) will undergo surgery to
repair his shin injury and will miss at least the first six games
of the regular season. General manager Ryan Pace said there is a
chance White will miss the entire 2015 season.
Huddle Up: It's terrible news for White, who was expected to make a big
impact as a rookie. His injury opens the door for Eddie Royal to
make a big contribution in Chicago's passing game. Royal has
already been receiving glowing reports in training camp and with
this news his Round 12 ADP will be shooting up.

Updating previous reports, Washington Redskins TE Logan Paulsen (toe) has a torn ligament in his toe.
Huddle Up: And the hits just keep on coming for the Spinal Tap drummers... uh, Redskins tight ends. With Jordan Reed's track record of injury, expect Washington to bring in some players at the position to flesh out the depth chart. And considering the way Jay Gruden loves to use tight ends in his offense, there may even be a fantasy factor in there somewhere.

Chicago Bears WR Kevin White (shin) is still on the Physically
Unable to Perform list and there is no timetable for his return,
according to head coach John Fox. Fox said he considers White
day-to-day at this time.
Huddle Up: White is getting better but remains on the PUP list. He's losing
valuable practice time and will have to battle Alshon Jeffery,
Matt Forte and Martellus Bennett for reps, not to mention newly
signed Eddie Royal. The rookie's value in re-draft leagues is
taking a nosedive.

Chicago Bears WR Kevin White has spent time at all three receiver
positions during rookie minicamp.
Huddle Up: The more White can do to get on the field, the more valuable a
weapon he'll be for the Bears--and the more productive fantasy
asset he'll be as well.

The Washington Redskins have re-signed free-agent TE Logan Paulsen to a three-year deal worth $4.1 million. The deal includes a $1 million signing bonus and could cost as much as $7.1 million with incentives.
Huddle Up: It's a safe bet Paulsen's incentives would only come into play if the Redskins don't bring back Davis, or if Davis isn't healthy enough to start the season. Paulsen was serviceable last year after Davis' injury, but he's nothing special fantasy-wise.

The Washington Redskins are expected to consider re-signing impending restricted free-agent TE Logan Paulsen a priority this offseason.
Huddle Up: Paulsen showed flashes after starting TE Fred Davis went down for the season in Week 7 and finished the season with 25 grabs for 308 yards and a TD. TEs long have been key cogs in the Shanahan offense, so look for Paulsen to be back in D.C. next season.
