Indianapolis Colts PK Adam Vinatieri (knee) on Friday, Dec. 6, was ruled out of the team's Week 14 game with a knee injury.

Indianapolis Colts PK Adam Vinatieri made each of his two field goal attempts, including a 49-yarder, and he was true on each of his three extra points in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Huddle Up: It has been a struggle for the future Hall of Fame kicker, but the Colts stuck with him after two trying games and it was vintage Vinatieri in this one. As long as he is on his game he can still be a useful fantasy option. The Colts host the Raiders in Week 4.

Indianapolis Colts PK Adam Vinatieri has made a few changes to his kicking approach this week after struggling in the opening game. Special teams coordinator Bubba Ventrone said Wednesday, Sept. 11, that they spotted a flaw in his mechanics while watching film. 'When we watched the tape, there's a few things he's going to get at this week that we are going to clean up,' Ventrone said. 'A few things mechanically, technique wise that he saw. He's the best self-corrector, you could say 'self-diagnoser'.'
Huddle Up: Vinatieri is in his 24th NFL season, but he remains a useful fantasy option in fantasy leagues of 14 or more teams since the Colts figure to have a respectable offense. It's always nice to have a future Hall of Famer on your roster, too.
