The Pittsburgh Steelers promoted LB Adetokunbo Ogundeji to the active roster from the practice squad and elevated RB Jonathan Ward and DE Eku Leota from the practice squad to the active/inactive roster Saturday, Oct. 12, in advance of Week 6's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The team also placed DE DeMarvin Leal (neck) on the Reserve/Injured list.

Pittsburgh Steelers S Damontae Kazee (ankle), LB Nick Herbig (hamstring), RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) and DE DeMarvin Leal (neck) did not practice on Friday, Oct. 11, and have been ruled out for Week 6. Also, LB Alex Highsmith (groin) and TE MyCole Pruitt (knee) were limited but have been ruled out, RB Jaylen Warren (knee) practiced in full but is questionable, and QB Russell Wilson (calf), RB Najee Harris (rest), S Minkah Fitzpatrick (rest), OG Isaac Seumalo (rest), LB T.J. Watt (rest), DL Cameron Heyward (rest), DL Larry Ogunjobi (rest) and TE Pat Freiermuth (calf) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Pittsburgh Steelers OT Dan Moore Jr. (knee), TE Pat Freiermuth (hamstring), DE DeMarvin Leal (concussion), OG James Daniels (groin) and P Pressley Harvin III (hamstring) did not practice on Friday, Oct. 6, and have been ruled out for Week 5 against the Baltimore Ravens. LB Alex Highsmith (groin) was upgraded to limited practice on Friday and is listed as questionable. RB Najee Harris (hamstring) was added to the injury report following a limited practice on Friday but is expected to play. QB Kenny Pickett (knee), LB Cole Holcomb (back) and OT Chukwuma Okorafor (elbow) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. CB Patrick Peterson (rest) and OG Isaac Seumalo (elbow) were not given practice designations for a second straight day on Friday but are also expected to play.
