Also, DT Dalvin Tomlinson (knee) did not practice but is questionable, TE Blake Whiteheart (knee), QB Jameis Winston (shoulder), DE Ogbo Okoronkwo (knee), CB Cameron Mitchell (knee) and WR Michael Woods II (knee) were limited and are questionable, S Grant Delpit (shoulder, knee) and DE Myles Garrett (thigh) were limited but carry no designation and LB Devin Bush (elbow), OT Germain Ifedi (Achilles), WR Jerry Jeudy (knee), DE Cameron Thomas (back) and QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (calf) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

The Cleveland Browns signed WRs Kadarius Toney and Michael Woods II to the active roster from the practice squad Saturday, Dec. 7. The team also elevated WR James Proche and DT T.Y. McGill from the practice squad for Week 14's game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cleveland Browns DT Jowon Briggs, WR Ahmarean Brown, WR Jaelon Darden, S Chris Edmonds, DT Siaki Ika, DT Sam Kamara, TE Zaire Mitchell-Paden, LB Winston Reid, OT Lorenzo Thompson, TE Treyton Welch and WR Michael Woods II were waived on Tuesday, Aug. 27. The Browns also released CB Tony Brown, RB D'Onta Foreman, CB Justin Hardee, T Germain Ifedi and WR James Proche.
