Chicago Bears PK Cairo Santos is confident heading into the Week 10 game against the New York Giants despite an ugly weather forecast calling for temperatures just above freezing with winds at 20-25 MPH, gusting up to 28 MPH. "I'm comfortable in it," Santos said Saturday, Nov. 8. "It's perfect that we got two windy days kicking Wednesday and (Friday), and it's similar to the Saints game a couple weeks ago, so it's something I'm familiar with."
Huddle Up: While Santos might say he is confident, heavy winds can wreak havoc with the kick game. In addition, coaches can sometimes elect to go for two more, rather than attempt extra points, while also electing to go for it more on fourth down rather than attempt field goals. If you normally rely upon Santos for fantasy purposes, it might be a good idea to go another way.
