Chicago Bears practice DE Jalen Harris was signed to the Washington Commanders 53-man roster Monday, Nov. 20. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The team also placed DE Efe Obada (leg) on the Reserve/Injured list.

Washington Commanders FB Alex Armah (hamstring), CB Emmanuel Forbes (elbow), LB De'Jon Harris (quad), DL Efe Obada (tibia/fibula) and DE James Smith-Williams (hamstring) did not practice Monday, Nov. 20. OG Samuel Cosmi (chest) and DB Jartavius Martin (shoulder) were limited participants at practice. LB Cody Barton (ankle) practiced in full. The Commanders held a walkthrough Monday so participation levels are estimations.

Washington Commanders DL Efe Obada was activated off injured reserve on Saturday, Oct. 14, and no longer carries a designation for Week 6. In addition, DT Abdullah Anderson was released and CB Tariq Castro-Fields was elevated from the practice squad.

Washington Commanders CB Christian Holmes (hamstring) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 6 versus the Atlanta Falcons. DL Efe Obada (knee) practiced in full all week but is listed as questionable. TE Curtis Hodges (illness), OT Charles Leno Jr. (finger) and WR Curtis Samuel (finger) practiced in full on Friday, Oct. 13, and have been removed from the injury report.
