Atlanta Falcons RB Todd Gurley (non-injury) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 23, but is not on the injury report for Week 7.
Huddle Up: Gurley has received at least 14 carries in every game this season and has also been more involved in the passing game over the last two weeks. He will continue to have a significant role in the offense and can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

Atlanta Falcons RB Todd Gurley rushed for 47 yards on 20 carries against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6. He also caught three passes for 20 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Gurley saw his three-game touchdown streak snapped against the Vikings and 47 rushing yards were his lowest of the season. He will continue to be the main option in the running game moving forward and can be a No. 2 fantasy running back most weeks.

Atlanta Falcons RB Todd Gurley rushed 16 times for 57 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers while adding one catch for six yards.
Huddle Up: Gurley continues to rest on Friday's in practice to manage his knee, and he was out in some key situations where you'd want your fantasy back on the field. However, this was a pretty decent outing for Gurley. He remains more of a RB3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 5 against the Carolina Panthers.

Atlanta Falcons RB Todd Gurley was impressive during the scrimmage Friday, Aug. 28, according to head coach Dan Quinn. 'The speed was the thing,' Quinn said. 'He out-ran the leverage on one play. On another one, he got to the edge and made a big play. I felt his speed for certain.'
Huddle Up: The reports coming out of camp on Gurley continue to be positive, and while his knee remains a concern, he is set up for success as the lead back in a potent Atlanta offense. If he stays on the field all season, RB2 numbers seem like his floor.

Atlanta Falcons RB Todd Gurley is expected to see a minimum of 15 touches per game, according to offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter. 'I think a minimum of 15 touches and a high of (25). But you've got to realize we've got a lot of guys that need touches. You're going to have 64 plays in a game on average on offense. Depending on where you're at in the season and wear and tear, I think the low is 15 and maybe the high end 25,' Koetter told ESPN in a phone interview Tuesday, Aug. 25.
Huddle Up: This is pretty much a standard line for any offensive coordinator talking about his starting running back, especially one as accomplished as Gurley. To their credit, the Falcons have put Gurley on a load management plan during camp in hopes of keeping him fresh for as long as possible. The 26-year-old should be a solid pick in the fourth round of fantasy drafts - one capable of consistently posting solid RB2 numbers with low-end RB1 upside.
