Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota completed 16 of his 22 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns and rushed five times for 22 yards in a 44-22 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 10.
Huddle Up: Mariota finished with a solid stat line in a losing effort, and if Jayden Daniels isn't ready to return in Week 11, Mariota will draw favorable matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Keep Mariota in mind as a QB2 if you need a streaming option next weekend.

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota completed 21 of 30 passes for 213 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in a Week 8 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Mariota also ran the ball eight times for a team-high 28 yards.
Huddle Up: Mariota actually played pretty well on Monday night. His two interceptions featured one that went right through Deebo Samuel's hands and bounced off his facemask to end a promising opening drive, and the other came on the final pass of the night with less than 30 seconds left. The team (and fantasy owners) hope that Jayden Daniels (hamstring) will be ready to roll this Sunday night against the Seahawks, but if Mariota is needed to make another start you'd want to avoid him against that Seattle pass rush.

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota completed 4-of-10 for 63 yards with an interception and ran twice for 34 yards in Week 7 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Mariota, whose interception was returned for a touchdown by DaRon Bland, could be pressed into service for a third time this season depending upon how starter Jayden Daniels recovers from his hamstring injury. In his first two starts, the former Heisman winner completed 31 of 48 passes for 363 yards with three touchdowns and an interception, and ran eight times for 60 yards and a score.

Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (hamstring) left the Week 7 game against the Dallas Cowboys in the second half, and he will not return due to a hamstring injury. QB Marcus Mariota will finish up the game. Daniels finished 12-of-22 for 156 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions, while running eight times for 35 yards and a TD.
Huddle Up: Daniels was nicked up earlier in the season already, and now he is on the shelf again. It's part of the deal with mobile quarterbacks, as sometimes they're subject to a few more nicks and bruises, sometimes even more serious. Sadly, he was hurt here when twisted around awkwardly in the pocket, pulling a hammy. Fantasy managers are back to holding their breath again. Perhaps he didn't return as a precaution, as the game was out of hand at the time. When his status is updated by the coaching staff, we'll pass it along.

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota went 16-for-27 for 156 yards, two touchdowns and one interception against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. He also rushed for 20 yards on two carries during the game.
Huddle Up: Mariota has been solid as the starter while Jayden Daniels has been sidelined, but it is not known if Mariota or Daniels will start in Week 5. Fantasy players should monitor the situation during the week because Daniels is a weekly starting option when healthy.

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota will start Week 4's game versus the Atlanta Falcons, as a result of QB Jayden Daniels (knee) being ruled out for the second consecutive week because of a sprained knee.
Huddle Up: Mariota went 15-for-21 with 207 passing yards and a touchdown in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders, along with 40 rushing yards. However, he shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a low-end QB2 option for fantasy leagues while Daniels is sidelined, especially since WR Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) will be unavailable this weekend.

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota completed 15 of his 21 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown and rushed six times for 40 yards and a score in a 41-24 win over the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 3. He also lost a fumble.
Huddle Up: Mariota was solid in place of Jayden Daniels, but it was the Washington rushing attack the carried the day. Even if Mariota draws another start, he doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy leagues.
