Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, fibula) should be able to participate in the team's offseason workouts in "some form or fashion", general manager Andrew Berry said at the league meetings in Phoenix. The GM added that Judkins should be a full-go for training camp.
Huddle Up: Judkins suffered a gruesome injury, curtailing his rookie season, so this is great news. It looked like a very serious injury, and hopefully Judkins can return to his pre-injury form. Fantasy managers will want to proceed with caution, having plenty of alternates on hand. However, if he continues to progress, he could be a high-risk, high-reward option in the middle rounds on draft day.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle) will be ready for training camp, according to general manager Andrew Berry.
Huddle Up: Judkins dislocated his ankle in Week 16 of the season. While he may be back, that is a quick turnaround for that type of injury, so fantasy players may have tempered expectations to start the season before he hits full gear later on.

Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins posted the lowest yards per attempt (3.6) among all running backs with at least 200 rushing attempts in the 2025 NFL season, according to Sports Info Solutions.
Huddle Up: The first six NFL games for Judkins up to Week 7 were very solid, as he scored five touchdowns and posted 4.3 yards per rush attempt. After that point until his season-ending leg injury in Week 16, Judkins averaged just 3.0 YPA and scored just two rushing touchdowns as the offense cratered with the quarterback combination of Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders. Whether Judkins will be healthy in Week 1 of 2026 remains to be seen, but it doesn't help matters when all five of the team's starting offensive linemen are set to hit free agency. A healthy Judkins will see the bulk of the volume, but the efficiency with that volume is a work in progress. He should be drafted in all formats as a low-end RB2 or high-end RB3 because of his youth and opportunity, but note that there is plenty of downside thanks to the Browns' offensive environment.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, leg) was placed on injured reserve following successful surgery on his fractured fibula and dislocated ankle.
Huddle Up: In Judkins' absence, Dylan Sampson is expected to become the lead back if he is healthy for Week 17.

Updating previous reports, Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, leg) suffered a broken fibula and dislocated ankle during the Week 16 game but does not have any damage in his knee, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Huddle Up: Judkins' recovery will not be as lengthy since there is no knee damage, but he will still not do much on the field before training camp. He should be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues next season. Raheim Sanders may see a majority of the work at running back if Dylan Sampson remains sidelined and can be a possible flex option in leagues.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (leg, knee) suffered a broken leg in the Week 16 game against the Buffalo Bills, a source said Sunday, Dec. 21. He is also being evaluated for a knee injury. His season ends with 947 scrimmage yards across 14 games.
Huddle Up: With Judkins done for the season, it appears Raheim Sanders and Trayveon Williams could shoulder the load in the final two games of the season. For Judkins, he can be safely dropped in redraft leagues, but he is a great long-term fantasy option.

Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (leg) will not return to the Week 16 game because of a leg injury he suffered.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should have more information on Judkins in the next day or two, but it seems like he is dealing with a serious injury. Raheim Sanders and Trayveon Williams are candidates to receive carries with Judkins out and can be possible flex options depending on their roles.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (undisclosed) was carted off the field after suffering a leg or knee injury during the Week 16 game.
Huddle Up: Judkins appears to be dealing with a serious injury, so he seems unlikely to play again this season. Fantasy players will know more about his situation in the next day or two but should look for replacements for their lineups. Raheim Sanders is the next in line for the Browns at this point and could be a flex option in some leagues if he starts next week.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins rushed 12 times for just 21 yards in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears, and he had three receptions for minus-4 yards on four targets.
Huddle Up: It was a brutally bad day on a brutally cold day in Chicago, and a forgettable day for Judkins. If you relied upon the rookie out of Ohio State for fantasy purposes, you're likely very disappointed. He'll try and bounce back in Week 16 against the Buffalo Bills, but he shouldn't be trusted as anything more than a RB3 or flex fantasy option for that one.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins rushed 14 times for just 26 yards in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans, while shaking free for a 58-yard catch and run on his only reception on three targets.
Huddle Up: Judkins averaged just 1.9 yards per carry, easily his worst showing of the season, although the reception was the longest of his career, and most receiving yards in a single game. He remains a solid low-end RB2 or flex fantasy option in most leagues heading into Week 15.
