Free-agent TE Austin Hooper (Patriots) officially signed with the Atlanta Falcons Thursday, March 12. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Impending free-agent TE Austin Hooper (Patriots) has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal worth $3.25 million with the Atlanta Falcons, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network on Monday, March 9.
