New York Jets RB Ty Johnson rushed for 17 yards on six carries against the New Orleans Saints in Week 14. He also caught four passes for 40 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Johnson shared playing time with La'Mical Perine during the game and was more involved in the passing game. It is not known how he will be used when Tevin Coleman returns, so fantasy players may not want to use him next week.

New York Jets RB Ty Johnson caught five passes for 36 yards in the team's Week 10 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He also ran twice for two yards.
Huddle Up: Johnson had enjoyed a major uptick in usage over the previous three games, topping 60 total yards each week and scoring twice. The numbers were down this Sunday, but his involvement in the passing game at least creates fringe appeal in larger leagues.

New York Jets RB Ty Johnson totaled 21 yards on four attempts rushing and added two catches, 40 yards and a touchdown through the air Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9.
Huddle Up: Johnson's receiving skills have helped him post at least 10 PPR points in four straight games. He faces a difficult Week 10 matchup against Buffalo and is no better than a PPR flier in deep leagues. Keep your expectations limited.

New York Jets RB Ty Johnson rushed for 50 yards on 12 carries against the New England Patriots in Week 2.
Huddle Up: Johnson led the team in rushing attempts, but Michael Carter received 11 carries during the game. It seems likes Johnson's workload with change on a weekly basis, which makes him a risky fantasy option.

New York Jets RB Ty Johnson 'made a strong impression' during minicamp, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: Johnson showed some flashes at the end of last season, and he logged at least eight touches in four of the final five games. The Jets will likely utilize a committee in the backfield in 2021, but Johnson could be a flex option if he ends up headlining the group.

New York Jets RB Ty Johnson may be the leading candidate for the starting running back job at this point because how he finished the 2020 season but will have to compete with multiple other running backs for the job, in the opinion of JetsWire's Tyler Calvaruso.
Huddle Up: The Jets do not have a clear No. 1 running back on the roster, so fantasy players will need to monitor the competition during training camp and the preseason. The team probably will use a committee at the position during the season, but the winner of the job could be a No. 3 back in fantasy leagues.

Huddle Up: Johnson likely will receive most of the work at running back this week with Frank Gore and La'Mical Perine unavailable. He played well when he had a bigger offensive role earlier in the season and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.
