Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary forced 21 broken or missed tackles on his 188 carries in 2021, according to Sports Info Solutions. That total was tied for the seventh-best mark in the league.
Huddle Up: Singletary's 21 broken/missed tackles are particularly impressive because he is a 203-pound back. While the majority of fantasy managers are well aware that Buffalo drafted James Cook to serve as a sub-back for the foreseeable future, the Bills appear to be happy with Singletary as their primary option on early downs on a team that should play with the lead a lot. Singletary makes for a strong flex or low-end RB2 option.

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook will likely be the team's third-down back in 2022 and could line up as a receiver in two-back sets, while also getting early-down touches to take pressure off projected starter, RB Devin Singletary, writes The Athletic's Joe Buscaglia.
Huddle Up: This is bad news for Zack Moss, who isn't a viable fantasy option going into 2022. Cook is a middle to late-round pick in dynasty rookie drafts and a handcuff for Singletary, but he could develop standalone value as a flex some weeks in Buffalo's pass-heavy offense. Singletary enters the season as a flex option.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary is the leader for the starting running back position.
Huddle Up: It feels like we've been waiting forever for Singletary to make the leap into the RB2 discussion. He did so in PPR last year, ending the season 20th in fantasy points. The team drafted James Cook to play on third downs, which will cut into Singletary's receiving share. They also picked up Duke Johnson, who'll battle for a spot with Zack Moss. Maybe less is more with Singletary, though. He has a modest midrange RB2 ceiling with some bust factor.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary rushed 23 times for a career-high 110 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 17 against the Atlanta Falcons and he didn't have a catch on his lone target.
Huddle Up: Motor had just the second 100-yard game of his career, and this bested his previous career high of 106 yards in his rookie season against Denver on Nov. 24, 2019. This was also his first multi-touchdown game, giving him at least one score and four total over the past three games. Fantasy managers have been given a huge treat in the past three outings.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 31, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Singletary has earned the starting running back job over the last few weeks and has received most of the snaps at the position. He can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 30.
Huddle Up: Singletary has been more involved in the offense over the last several weeks and should see plenty of targets this week. He can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 29. The Bills did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Singletary has earned a bigger role in the offense over the last few weeks and received 17 touches in the Week 16 game. He will have a favorable matchup this wee and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary rushed for 39 yards and one touchdown on 12 carries against the New England Patriots in Week 16. He also caught five passes for 39 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Singletary appears to have taken over the No. 1 running back on the Bills but was not able to find much success on the ground against the Patriots. He should have more success next week and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in leagues.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary rushed 22 times for 86 yards and a touchdown in Week 15 against the Carolina Panthers, and he added a 10-yard grab on his only target.
Huddle Up: Singletary had his most rushing yards in a game since rushing for 87 yards on Dec. 15, 2019 in his rookie season in a game at Pittsburgh. He remains more of a RB3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 16 at New England.

Buffalo Bills RB Devin Singletary ran for 52 yards on four carries and caught six of his seven targets for 37 yards in Week 14 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Huddle Up: Fantasy managers should be happy Singletary gave them anything on the ground as no Buffalo running back logged a rushing attempt in the first half. The good news for managers is that Zack Moss was a healthy scratch once again and Matt Breida did little with his limited opportunities. However, Singletary is rarely getting more than 10 touches anymore, so he will be a low-upside flex option moving forward. That includes in Week 15 against the Carolina Panthers.
