Dallas Cowboys WR George Pickens said he is ready to play on the franchise tag tender this upcoming season and plans to be a full participant during training camp.
Huddle Up: Pickens is playing on a one-year deal this upcoming season, so he will have to play well if he wants a long-term deal with a team. He was one of the better receivers in the NFL in 2025 and should be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues this season.

Dallas Cowboys WR George Pickens reported for the start of mandatory minicamp Monday, June 15.
Huddle Up: Pickens did sign his franchise tag tender earlier this offseason but has skipped most of the voluntary workouts. He will be playing for a contract again this season and should be able to post good numbers again as long as he stays healthy. He will be at least a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Huddle Up: Pickens signed his franchise tender this offseason and should remain with the Cowboys for at least one more season. He was one of the top receivers this past season and will be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues as long as he can stay healthy.

Dallas Cowboys WR George Pickens has been doing off-site workouts with QB Dak Prescott this offseason but has not been a regular at the club's optional workouts. He is seeking a contract extension but is not expected to engage in a lengthy holdout, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler.
Huddle Up: Pickens signed a $27 million franchise tag in April to remain in Dallas for at least one more season. The 25-year-old is coming off an outstanding 2025 campaign where he had 93 receptions for 1,429 yards and nine touchdowns. He should be viewed as a high-end WR2 option in all fantasy formats, with the potential to post WR1-type numbers in some weeks.

Dallas Cowboys franchise free-agent WR George Pickens has not signed his tender offer at this point.
Huddle Up: It was reported that Pickens plans to sign the tender offer, but it seems like he has not signed at this time. The Cowboys will not be giving Pickens a contract extension, so his two options appear to be to sign the one-year deal or hold out. He is a weekly starting option in all leagues when he plays but may be a risky option because of his contract situation.
