Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce was ejected after making contact with an official in the second half of the Week 18 game against the Houston Texans. He finished with four receptions for 132 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets before departing.
Huddle Up: Pierce stuck around long enough to go over 1,000 yards for the season after a complete stinker last week when he was blanked against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It's his first 1,000-yard campaign, and he falls just one short of tying a career-best in TD grabs. Pierce continues to get better as a downfield threat, and he could be a solid late-round fantasy pick-up on draft day heading into 2026.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce had no offensive statistics despite five targets in Week 17 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Huddle Up: After a giant 86-yard, two-touchdown night against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16, this was a huge disappointment for fantasy managers who might have rolled the dice on Pierce in the fantasy championship.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce tallied four receptions, 86 yards, and two touchdowns in a Week 16 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Huddle Up: Given how the season has fallen apart for the Colts, odds are it won't be looked back on fondly. One silver lining, however, has been the ascension of Pierce, who has become one of the NFL's most dangerous deep threats, consistently putting up good numbers. Monday night was his ninth outing of more than 65 yards on the season, and it was also his first multi-touchdown effort. As long as Philip Rivers is pulling the trigger in Week 17, Pierce deserves a spot in your lineup as a WR3 with a little juice.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce (Achilles) fully participated in practice Saturday, Dec. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Huddle Up: Pierce was only targeted one time during the last game and may need to work in his connection with Philip Rivers if he wants to be more involved in the passing game. He will probably see a few more targets this week but is unlikely to be a starting option in many leagues.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce (Achilles) practiced in full on Friday, Dec. 19.
Huddle Up: Pierce has been a prominent part of the Colts' passing attack but the injury to Daniel Jones and the playing of Philip Rivers has the entire offense trending down. You can avoid Pierce in Week 16 in your fantasy lineups.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce (Achilles) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 18.
Huddle Up: Pierce was not a big factor in the passing game last week with Philip Rivers under center, but he should see more than the one target he received in Week 15. Most fantasy players likely have better options available and can keep Pierce on the bench.

Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce ended up with a single 16-yard reception on his lone target in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Huddle Up: The yardage total for Pierce was a season low, and it was just his third game failing to record multiple receptions. He entered the game with 79.0 receiving yards in the past two games, so this was a bit of a bummer. Of course, he was working with a 44-year-old quarterback who hadn't played in five years, so the line isn't terribly shocking. Proceed using him in Week 16 at your own risk.
