Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride finished with eight receptions on nine targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in a 20-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 13.
Huddle Up: It was a typical day for McBride, who led Arizona in catches, targets and receiving yards. He also continued his connection with Jacoby Brissett, and McBride now has seven touchdowns across Brissett's seven starts. You will have a hard time finding a steadier option at the tight end spot.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught nine of his 10 targets for 79 yards in a 27-24 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 12.
Huddle Up: Although McBride failed to catch a touchdown for the first time since Jacoby Brissett took over as the starter, he still had another busy day. McBride has managed at least eight catches and topped 70 yards in five of Brissett's six starts, and he can be penciled in for TE1 results on a weekly basis.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught 10 of his 11 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in a 41-22 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11.
Huddle Up: McBride was already one of the premier tight ends in the NFL, and since Jacoby Brissett has become the starting quarterback, McBride's numbers have gone up another level. He has caught at least one touchdown in five straight games, finishing with at least eight catches and 70-plus yards in four of those contests.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride was expected to see plenty of double teams from San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh in the Week 11 game, but it is especially likely with WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendectomy) sidelined.
Huddle Up: McBride has at least five receptions in 11 consecutive games dating back to last season, and only three players in the NFL have more touchdowns than McBride at this point, while only five players have more receptions. Regardless of the likely double teams, McBride remains a TE1 in all fantasy leagues. He is having a special season, and should still be productive despite the added defensive attention.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught nine passes on 13 targets for 124 yards and a touchdown in a 44-22 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.
Huddle Up: The Cardinals had to throw the ball after falling behind 35-0, but McBride has been on a tear since Jacoby Brissett took over under center. In Brissett's four starts, McBride has hauled in five touchdowns, and has topped 70 receiving yards three times. Already one of the most reliable options at the position, McBride's value is only going up with Brissett running the offense.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught five of nine targeted passes for 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Across his first three seasons, McBride caught six TD passes. It was the asterisk to an otherwise top-tier fantasy tight end. In the last three games, he's caught four TD passes. It's yet another piece of evidence that Arizona's offense functions better when Jacoby Brissett is at the helm rather than Kyler Murray (foot). We don't know who will start at QB in Week 10, but McBride should be locked into your lineup either way (even though his ceiling feels higher if it's Brissett).

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride posted 10 receptions for 74 yards and two red-zone touchdowns in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: McBride averaged 5.8 receptions in five games with Kyler Murray under center, while posting just a single touchdown. He also averaged 8.4 targets and 55.0 receiving yards with Murray, while going for 18 receptions, 24 targets, 146 yards and three touchdowns in the past two games with Jacoby Brissett. Fantasy managers of McBride likely wish Brissett would start the rest of the way, but that isn't likely to happen. You'll need to make alternate plans in Week 8, too, as the Cardinals are on a bye.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught 8-of-11 targets for 72 yards and a touchdown in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.
Huddle Up: McBride, who felt he was held in the end zone on a potential go-ahead touchdown pass on fourth down with about a minute left, posted a season high in catches and tied his high in targets. His 72 yards was second most. He's averaging just over six catches per game, about one less than last season, but he's already matched his touchdown output of two from last season and should easily surpass his career high of three set in 2023. He's a TE1 in all formats.
