Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 4.
Huddle Up: Richardson is returning to the lineup after missing the Week 3 game. He has become one of the more valuable quarterbacks in fantasy football and should be a starting option in all leagues this week.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) cleared the league's concussion protocol Friday, Sept. 29, and will start in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: Not all the news is great for Indianapolis, as Richardson will be without center Ryan Kelly. Nevertheless, fantasy managers can turn back to the rookie in hopes he can once again tap into the immense upside he displayed in his first 1 1/2 games before his injury. However, the Rams have been very stingy against fantasy quarterbacks so far, yielding a total of two touchdowns to Geno Smith, Brock Purdy and Joe Burrow. As such, expectations should be tempered with Richardson this week.

Indianapolis Colts DT DeForest Buckner (groin) and OG Quenton Nelson (toe) did not practice on Thursday, Sept. 28. QB Sam Ehlinger (shoulder) was limited. CB Dallis Flowers (back), C Ryan Kelly (concussion) and QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) practiced in full.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) fully participated in practice on Thursday, Sept. 28.
Huddle Up: As Nate Atkins of the Indianapolis Star points out, Richardson still needs to be cleared by an independent neurologist before taking the field in Week 4. With that said, it appears as though it is only a matter of time before he is cleared to face the Los Angeles Rams this weekend. While Richardson certainly brings QB1 upside to the table every week, the Rams have been very stingy against fantasy quarterbacks thus far, yielding a total of two touchdowns to Geno Smith, Brock Purdy and Joe Burrow. As such, fantasy managers should temper their expectations if they roll with Richardson.

Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Huddle Up: Richardson appears to have a good chance to return to the lineup in Week 4, but fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation to see if he suffers any setbacks. He has been a valuable fantasy option early in the season and can be a starting option in most leagues if active.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol, but he will take starter repetitions in practice Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Huddle Up: That's a very good sign he'll be able to play this week. He's a matchup play, and the Los Angeles Rams have yielded the fourth-fewest PPG to QBs in fantasy.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) is still in the concussion protocol, per sources Monday, Sept. 25.
Huddle Up: Richardson was inactive in Week 3 due to the concussion and failed to log a single practice. If he clears the concussion protocol for Week 4, consider the rookie a back-end QB1 against the Los Angeles Rams.
