Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson may be a trade target for the Green Bay Packers, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Stephen Holder on Saturday, March 14.
Huddle Up: The 23-year-old Richardson was the No. 4 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, and in 2025, he threw just two passes all season. An orbital bone injury in Week 6's pregame warmups led to his placement on injured reserve, and he didn't see any other game action the rest of the season. A project quarterback, Richardson would fall into the same mold as Malik Willis for the Packers. Richardson's fantasy value is directly tied to whether he starts for an NFL team, and in Green Bay, he wouldn't with Jordan Love firmly entrenched as the starter. However, Richardson certainly has the rushing upside to matter in fantasy even in a short-term scenario for 2026.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson may be a trade target for the Cleveland Browns, in the opinion of Akron Beacon Journal's George M. Thomas.
A project quarterback, Richardson would be a huge swing for the Cleveland Browns as they try to find some direction at quarterback in 2026 and beyond. Richardson's fantasy value is directly tied to whether he starts for an NFL team, but Richardson certainly has the rushing upside to matter in fantasy if he does indeed start.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson may be a trade target for the Minnesota Vikings, in the opinion of NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe.
Huddle Up: Richardson has received permission to seek a trade, so he can be a option for the Vikings since they are looking to add a quarterback this offseason. He would compete with JJ McCarthy if he joined the Vikings but would probably be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he started.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson has been given permission by the team to explore a trade.
Huddle Up: Richardson showed fantasy promise as a dual-threat quarterback, but injuries and adjusting to the NFL delayed that. A fresh start with a coaching staff could help him develop further, but until that is established, his fantasy value remains in the lower tier of the position.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (eye) continues to recover from an orbital fracture and an injury to his right eye. He returned to practice in recent weeks, but he remains on the Reserve/Injured list. He is not expected to be activated prior to the Week 18 game against the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Richardson's career is at a crossroads. He suffered a freak injury, but he wasn't exactly crushing it before Daniel Jones emerged as a solid option under center, putting the Colts into contention before their big collapse. Richardson might need to find a new organization, getting a chance to re-invent himself somewhere else. Indy likely will cut its losses with him after seeing Jones crush it before his injury, then seeing Philip Rivers come out of retirement after five years away to basically do just as much as Richardson has ever done. For fantasy purposes, Richardson isn't even worth taking a flyer upon in long-term keeper formats any longer.
