Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs' 49 total touchdowns are the most in NFL history by a player age-23 or younger.
Huddle Up: Gibbs has scored at least 11 touchdowns in all three seasons in the NFL, and he has at least 18 scores in each of the last two seasons. Gibbs combines big-play speed with every-down versatility, making him one of the most dangerous back in the league. He should be a top-five pick in all formats in 2026.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 19 times for 80 yards and caught three passes for 33 yards and a touchdown in a 19-16 win over the Chicago Bears in Week 18.
Huddle Up: Gibbs' touchdown catch gave him 18 total scores on the year, and while his rushing numbers dipped a bit down the stretch, he remained one of the most complete backs in the league. Gibbs will enter 2026 as a potential top-five pick in fantasy drafts.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 17 times for 41 yards and caught two passes for 23 yards in a 23-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 17. He also lost a fumble.
Huddle Up: Gibbs continued to struggle to run the ball behind Detroit's injured offensive line, and unlike in recent weeks, he wasn't able to bolster his stat line with big receiving numbers. Gibbs has been a workhorse for the Lions and for fantasy owners this year, but he picked a bad week to have one of his worst overall performances.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs rushed seven times for two yards in Week 16 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he did a solid job with 10 receptions, 66 yards and a touchdown on a game-best 13 targets.
Huddle Up: Gibbs has managed 3.6 yards per carry (YPC) in each of the past four games, but he has still been a touchdown machine. Gibbs has nine rushing touchdowns and three receiving scores across the past nine outings. He remains a must-start fantasy option in all leagues heading into the final two games of the regular season despite the poor rushing yardage total.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 13 times for 38 yards and caught four passes for 20 yards in a 41-34 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15.
Huddle Up: Gibbs was held in check on the ground and in the passing game, resulting in one of the few lackluster stat lines for Gibbs this season. The good news for fantasy owners is that Gibbs has typically bounced back from his poor outings with big performances.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs carried the ball 12 times for 43 yards and three touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 14. Gibbs added seven receptions for 77 yards.
Huddle Up: If you toss out his two matchups with the Packers where he totaled 136 yards and didn't score, Gibbs is averaging 127 yards and 1.45 TDs per game in his other 11 outings this season. With his three touchdowns tonight, he moved past Davante Adams into second place in the NFL where his 16 scores trail only Jonathan Taylor (17). Gibbs in an absolute beast, and is in competition with Taylor and Christian McCaffrey for the overall No. 1 back in fantasy.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs rushed 20 times for 68 yards and caught three of his four targets for 18 yards in Week 13 versus the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Green Bay did an exceptional job of containing Gibbs this season, holding him to a combined 136 scoreless yards on 43 touches in their two meetings. His only noteworthy play was an 18-yard burst early in the second quarter. Assuming this effort does not impact his managers' fantasy playoff hopes too much, Gibbs should return to his usual elite RB1 form next Thursday when the Lions host the Dallas Cowboys.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs is likely to receive a contract extension in the offseason, according to sources.
Huddle Up: If he's not the best running back in the league, he's right there. He's the RB3 in standard and PPR leagues and is a must-start each week.

Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs needs one more touchdown to become the fifth player in NFL history to record 45 or more total touchdowns within their first three NFL seasons.
Huddle Up: Gibbs would join Barry Sanders, Eric Dickerson, Gale Sayers and Earl Campbell if he can find the end zone one more time before the end of the year. He has a tough test up next when the Lions face the Packers on Thanksgiving, but as well as Gibbs has played lately, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him join the group on Thursday.
