Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears "has a chance to have a bigger role as a runner" in 2026, according to Jim Wyatt.
Huddle Up: Spears has only eclipsed 100 carries once in his three-year career. Tony Pollard remains on the team, but the arrival of new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll allows for Spears to carve out a larger role, as Wyatt hints at. Look for the workload split in training camp and the preseason before making an investment, but Spears could become a value in the coming weeks.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears will have an important role in the offense this season, according to head coach Robert Saleh, who added that he is a solid performer in passing-down situations.
Huddle Up: Spears and RB Tony Pollard will split playing time in the Tennessee backfield this season, although it is uncertain how reps will be divided. Pollard has eclipsed the 1,000-yard rushing mark in each of the last four seasons and can be deployed as a flex option in most fantasy leagues if he receives a similar workload to 2025. For now, Spears can be viewed as an RB3 or RB4 option in leagues, with added value in PPR formats.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears said has been trying to consistently improve this offseason.
Huddle Up: Spears is scheduled to share playing time again this season with Tony Pollard and will likely be involved in the passing game as well. He has posted solid numbers over the last few seasons and can be a No. 3 or No. 4 running back in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears rushed for 18 yards on three carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 18. He also caught seven passes for nine yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Spears was behind Tony Pollard on the depth chart but did see a decent workload for each game this season. He will likely be involved in both the running game and passing game next season and could see a bigger role depending on the new offensive scheme. He could be a possible No. 3 or No. 4 running back in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears ran six times for just two yards in Week 17 against the New Orleans Saints, while adding a catch for minus-1 yard on two targets.
Huddle Up: Spears had a solid stat line in Week 16, but he was awful in this one, totaling just three feet of gain across seven total touches. He'll look for better results in Week 18 in Jacksonville as he wraps up the regular season.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears rushed 13 times for 52 yards and a touchdown in Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs, while adding five receptions for 53 yards on five targets.
Huddle Up: Spears had a pretty good day considering Tony Pollard was able to hit the 100-yard rushing mark for the third consecutive game. The Tennessee offense is all of a sudden NFL-caliber, and a bit of a juggernaut. Spears remains more of a low-end RB3 in PPR leagues, with lesser appeal in other formats as long as Pollard is healthy and available.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears rushed three times for 34 yards in Week 15 against the San Francisco 49ers, while adding two receptions for two yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: Spears looked to making some inroads toward a larger role in the offense, but Tony Pollard has emphatically slammed the door on that noise, going for 265 rushing yards and three scores in the past two games. Spears' fantasy ceiling remains rather limited with Pollard playing very motivated football again. Treat Spears only as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy play in PPR leagues, with lesser appeal in standard formats.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears ran eight times for just 19 yards in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns, while adding two receptions for a team-high 28 yards on four targets.
Huddle Up: Spears had a huge 24-yard reception early in the game, but after that it was mostly the Tony Pollard Show after that. Pollard ran for 161 yards and two touchdowns in the ice and snow, pushing Spears to the backburner. Spears is only worth a look as a low-end RB3 or flex option in PPR leagues, with lesser appeal in standard play.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears caught six passes for 25 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13. He also rushed for negative one yard on two carries during the game.
Huddle Up: Spears has been sharing playing time with Tony Pollard but has been used mostly in the passing game over the last few games. He should see a decent amount of touches next week and may only be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears ran three times for just four yards in Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks, while adding four receptions for 21 yards on five targets.
Huddle Up: Spears is an exciting player who can catch the ball out of the backfield with some effectiveness. As long as Tony Pollard is healthy, though, Spears' fantasy ceiling is rather limited.
