Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr received trade interest from the Indianapolis Colts, but the Raiders said Carr was not available, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Carr was considered a possible trade option when the offseason started, but it seems like he will be the starter for the Raiders for at least one more season. He can be considered a low-end No. 1 or a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr is receiving trade interest from other teams, but the Raiders have rejected the offers at this point, according to NFL Network analyst David Carr.
Huddle Up: The Raiders are receiving interest in both of their top two quarterbacks but are holding onto Carr for now. He is coming off a solid 2020 season but may only be a No. 1 fantasy quarterback next season.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr is expected to be a hot commodity in trade talks, according to NFL sources Tuesday, Feb. 2. Dealing Carr could lead to the Raiders pursuing Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson, according to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Huddle Up: Watson is much more appealing in fantasy regardless of who he's playing for than Carr. Carr is often a viable streaming option in head coach Jon Gruden's system, but he's not an every-week starter and his value would likely drop if asked to throw deep more often.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr completed 24-of-38 passes for 371 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 17 against the Denver Broncos. RB Josh Jacobs rumbled for 89 yards and two touchdowns while TE Darren Waller led the way with nine receptions, 117 yards and a score on 10 targets. WR Nelson Agholor's lone catch was good for 57 yards, while WR Bryan Edwards posted two catches for 51 yards and two touchdowns, while WR Zay Jones had one grab for 37 yards. LB Nicholas Morrow had a game-high 11 total stops with a sack, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr was lamenting his team not making the playoffs in a radio interview Wednesday, Dec. 30, and he vowed to bounce back. 'This is a team game. It doesn't matter what one side of the ball did and what one side of the ball didn't,' Carr said. 'As a team, we did not accomplish anything close to what we wanted to accomplish, so it's not good enough.' He also stated a New Year's resolution. 'Let's make the playoffs. That's it.'
Huddle Up: Carr didn't toss the defense under the bus, but their shortcomings are a huge reason why the Raiders aren't headed to the playoffs, and it's evident head coach Jon Gruden feels that way, too, since they jettisoned defensive coordinator Paul Guenther earlier in the month. The Raiders rank 10th in total offense heading into the finale, and 24th in total defense. Carr had a decent fantasy season, entering Week 17 with 3,732 passing yards, 25 touchdowns and a career-high 102.2 passer rating.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr (groin) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 24, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Huddle Up: Carr has thrown for eight touchdowns in the last five games but also has five interceptions during that span. He will be facing a tough Miami Dolphins defense this week and probably can be kept on the bench in most leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr (groin) was a full participant at practice Wednesday, Dec. 23.
Huddle Up: This is a surprising upgrade and Carr now seems to be in line to start against the Miami Dolphins in Week 16. He still has a very difficult matchup against the Miami Dolphins, but he's an option in two-QB leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr (groin) participated in a limited fashion during practice Tuesday, Dec. 22.
Huddle Up: Carr was expected to miss anywhere from 10 to 14 days with the "significant" groin injury he suffered last Thursday, but this is a good sign for his prospects of starting in Week 16 versus the Miami Dolphins. With that said, he would have to be considered a huge risk for an in-game setback and doesn't have a great matchup for fantasy purposes either. Marcus Mariota should still be considered the favorite to get the nod in Week 16. He'll be a decent low-end QB2 option if that ends up being the case.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr (groin) will reportedly need 10 to 14 days to recover from the groin injury he suffered in Week 15 versus the Los Angeles Chargers, making it unlikely he will play in Week 16 against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday, Dec. 26.
Huddle Up: Marcus Mariota fared nicely in relief of Carr against the Chargers, but he would be little more than a middling QB2 option in two-quarterback or superflex leagues if he gets the nod versus the Dolphins.

Updating previous reports, Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr (groin) sustained a 'significant' groin injury during the team's Week 15 game, according to head coach Jon Gruden, who added that he did not believe that Carr had suffered a tear.
Huddle Up: With Las Vegas' playoff chances essentially dead in the water it wouldn't be at all surprising to see Marcus Mariota start the final two games, especially given how solid he played in relief. If you're in trouble at the position you could take a flier on the Oregon product.
