Free-agent WR Stefon Diggs (Patriots) is a player the New England Patriots are open to re-signing this offseason, according to executive vice president Eliot Wolf.
Huddle Up: It seems unlikely that Diggs will return after the Romeo Doubs signing, but fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation. Diggs should have a solid role wherever he plays in 2026 and can be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver in most fantasy leagues.

Impending free-agent TE Austin Hooper (Patriots) has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal worth $3.25 million with the Atlanta Falcons, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network on Monday, March 9.
Huddle Up: Hooper has been playing in a part-time role over the last few seasons, most recently with the New England Patriots, Las Vegas Raiders and Tennessee Titans. Long gone are the days of fantasy relevance for Hooper as he heads to the Atlanta Falcons on a one-year deal. Unless the Falcons are in dire straits, Hooper won't retain much fantasy value in 2026.

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs could be a cut candidate if he and the team cannot agree to a contract restructure, according to The Athletic's Chad Graff.
Huddle Up: Diggs has been around the league in recent years but is coming off one of the more productive seasons in recent memory. Diggs may not be a team's WR1, which affects his fantasy value, but whether he stays in New England or elsewhere he can be a flex play in 2026.

New England Patriots WR Mack Hollins was awarded a $400,000 signing bonus in his contract. Hollins was four catches shy of a $400,000 incentive when his season was cut short due to a lacerated spleen.
Huddle Up: Hollins had a 46-550-2 season in 15 games. He'll be 33 in September and is not much more than a matchup play in fantasy to target as a WR5.

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs pleaded not guilty Friday, Feb. 13, to felony strangulation and other criminal charges stemming from an alleged dispute with his personal chef.
Huddle Up: Diggs had a comeback season with a 85-1,013-4 line that ranked him the WR16 in PPR leagues. He turns 33 in November and will be a WR3 in drafts with some regression potential. This situation could ultimately cost him some games as well.

New England Patriots QB Drake Maye (shoulder) will not need offseason surgery to fix his injury. Maye told reporters, "Time is the best healer," on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Huddle Up: Maye will come into next season as one of the best fantasy options at the quarterback position. He has a chance to be as high as QB3 overall, but is a bona fide starter for whoever has him on their roster.

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs said he expects to return to the team next season, but the team will have control of his future with the organization.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can monitor the situation because the Patriots can save $16.8 million in salary cap space if they let Diggs go this offseason. He finished the regular season with 1,013 yards and had a solid connection with Drake Maye. He can be a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues if he remains with the Patriots.

New England Patriots QB Drake Maye (shoulder) indicated that he received a pain-killing injection in his right shoulder prior to the team's Super Bowl LX loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Maye missed one practice and was limited in another leading up to the game, but he did not carry a designation on the final injury report.
Huddle Up: It's impossible to say if things would've played out any differently had Maye been fully healthy, but we'll see if the NFL has anything to say about Maye get a pain-killing shot when he wasn't listed on the final injury report before the biggest game of the season. Looking ahead, 2026 will be an interesting year for Maye, who broke out in Year 2 and finished second to Matthew Stafford in MVP voting before struggling in the postseason. While much was made of Maye's ascent, many have pointed out the dismal strength of schedule he faced. He'll be drafted as a QB1, befitting his skills as a dual-threat passer, but there's some potential for regression as he navigates a first-place schedule amid raised expectations.

New England Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson became the second player in NFL history to have two games with multiple 50-yard rushing touchdowns in his career, joining retired RB Chris Johnson.
Huddle Up: Henderson was eased into the offense, but the rookie's big-play ability was evident as soon as his role expanded. He finished the year with 1,132 yards from scrimmage and 10 total touchdowns while averaging 5.1 yards per carry. His consistency will be an issue as long as he is sharing the backfield with Rhamondre Stevenson, but Henderson could deliver RB1 numbers on any given week.

New England Patriots QB Drake Maye (shoulder) is battling a shoulder ailment but should be fine to play in the Super Bowl.
Huddle Up: If you're playing in a DFS Super Bowl pool, Maye is likely to be more expensive than Sam Darnold. Darnold is dealing with an oblique issue as well, but that didn't stop him from throwing for 346 yards in the NFC Championship Game. Maye has the edge in rushing potential, but Seattle's defense kind of nullifies that. Darnold would be the choice in Super Bowl DFS games.
