New England Patriots RB Ezekiel Elliott is expected to receive starter reps in Week 4's game versus the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Elliott had his best game of the season in Week 3, when he rushed for 80 yards against the Jets on 16 carries. This afternoon, he will face his former team for the first time and can be deployed in fantasy lineups as an RB2 or flex option.

New England Patriots QB Mac Jones is likely to avoid a suspension for allegedly hitting New York Jets CB Sauce Gardner in the groin in the Week 3 game.
Huddle Up: Jones is the QB13 in fantasy after three weeks, and you could say that's a little high. He'll be a matchup play for most of the season but mostly useful in two-QB leagues.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 20.
Huddle Up: Parker had a decent outing in Week 2 with 57 yards on eight targets. He should see a similar workload this week and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Sept. 15, and is listed as questionable for Week 2.
Huddle Up: Parker could be a game-time decision this week because he missed the Week 1 game after being listed as questionable. He will see a few targets if he is active for the game but probably can be avoided in most leagues.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Sept. 14.
Huddle Up: Parker was limited during practice last week but did not play, so his status for Week 2 is still uncertain. Fantasy players probably have better options available and can keep Parker on the bench.

New England Patriots WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is not among the best five pass-catchers on the team, according to multiple team sources.
Huddle Up: Smith-Schuster was benched down the stretch in Week 1, and his surgically repaired knee could play into this. The team signed him to be a contributor, which means he should get his shot. However, for now, he's a weak flex option in fantasy.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 13.
Huddle Up: Parker was not able to play in the regular season opener, so fantasy players should check on his status later in the week. He will see some targets if he plays but could be benched if better options are available.

New England Patriots WR Kendrick Bourne caught six of his 11 targets for 64 yards and two touchdowns in a 25-20 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1.
Huddle Up: Bourne tied for the team lead in catches and receiving yards while logging a team-high 11 targets. DeVante Parker's absence may have bolstered Bourne's usage, but he looked like Mac Jones' favorite in the opener. Bourne is worth an early add.

New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (illness) is officially active for the Week 1 game.
Huddle Up: Stevenson should receive plenty of touches this week but may have some struggles since the team will be without their starting guards. He can still be a starting option in fantasy leagues.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) has been declared inactive for the Week 1 game.
Huddle Up: Kendrick Boune probably will see a few more targets with Parker sidelined and could a possible flex option in some deeper leagues. JuJu Smith-Schuster is the only Patriots receiver that should be a starting option in most leagues.

New England Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Sept. 8, and is listed as questionable for Week 1.
Huddle Up: Parker should have a good chance to play this week even though he is listed as questionable. He will see a handful of targets if active but probably will be avoided in most leagues.

Updating previous reports, New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (illness) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 8, and is listed as questionable for Week 1.
Huddle Up: Stevenson has a few days to recover from the illness, but fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his official status. He will be the starting running back for the Patriots this season and can be a No. 2 back in fantasy leagues.

Updating a previous report, New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (undisclosed) is still expected to play Week 1, according to a source Friday, Sept. 8. Stevenson was absent from Friday's practice due to an unknown reason.
Huddle Up: Hopefully, we get an update on why Stevenson missed practice Friday. Assuming he's playing in Week 1, he will be a high-end RB2 for fantasy purposes.

New England Patriots QB Mac Jones had a tremendous offseason and training camp, according to head coach Bill Belichick. "Mac's had a good offseason and has had a really good camp," Belichick said Monday, Sept. 4. "He understands the offense - how it works, how to get his teammates involved, how to help them be productive. S he's had a really good stretch here; it's been consistent all the way through."
Huddle Up: While that's all well and good, Jones is still barely a blip on the radar of fantasy managers in most formats. At best, he is a low-end QB2 in fantasy leagues which require two starting quarterbacks. He'll likely be available on the waiver wire off in most standard formats.

Minnesota Vikings WR Jalen Reagor has been the subject of calls from teams interested in acquiring him.
Huddle Up: The former first-round pick is still just 24 with time to grow after three forgettable seasons. He's worth keeping on the watch list if he lands somewhere he'll be featured.

New England Patriots QB Mac Jones will not play in the preseason game Friday, Aug. 25, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Jones is on track to be the starting quarterback this season, and the team is looking to keep him healthy. He should be considered a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.

New England Patriots WR Kendrick Bourne caught passes on the first two plays of the team's Aug. 19 preseason game against the Green Bay Packers, continuing what has been a solid offseason for him. "He had a good spring. That spring led into having a good training camp. He's done very well in all phases of the game. He's played multiple spots, caught the ball well, blocked well. He's had a good camp," head coach Bill Belichick said of Bourne.
Huddle Up: In an offense that expects to use 12 personnel (one back, two tight ends, two receivers) at a fairly high rate in 2023, it is hard to see a path to regular snaps for Bourne after DeVante Parker and JuJu Smith-Schuster both got paid this offseason. With that said, Mike Gesicki's mostly quiet camp - before his shoulder injury last week - may be just what Bourne needs to get the playing time he wants. Bourne does not need to be drafted in most leagues, but he needs to be on watch lists in deeper leagues.

New England Patriots TE Mike Gesicki (shoulder) suffered a mild dislocated shoulder Monday, Aug. 14. The hope is he's back before Week 1.
Huddle Up: Gesicki had flashed in camp and would be a high-end TE2 option in fantasy if he's good to go.

New England Patriots RB Ezekiel Elliott is expected to arrive with the team Tuesday, Aug. 15, to make his signing official. He's then expected to join the team for joint practices with the Green Bay Packers Wednesday, Aug. 16.
Huddle Up: Zeke is worth flex consideration and could possibly carve out an even bigger role. Rhamondre Stevenson had 1,000 yards and 69 catches last season, but he's not someone we'd consider fully established. And the Pats have rarely leaned on one back consistently in recent years.

New England Patriots TE Hunter Henry continues to be the "go-to guy" for QB Mac Jones in the red zone, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: Henry has been generating buzz throughout the offseason, and if Jones keeps looking in his direction around the goal line, Henry could be a sneaky TE1 based on his touchdown upside.

New England Patriots TE Hunter Henry has been targeted often during red zone drills during the early part of training camp.
Huddle Up: Henry appears to have created a strong connection with Mac Jones during camp and could see a good amount of targets this season. He could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in some deeper leagues.
