Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise has head coach Pete Carroll 'fired up' heading into training camp. 'To add him into the competition is really nice,' Carroll said.
Huddle Up: Once a promising PPR option, injuries have derailed Prosise's career. Even if he makes the roster, he won't be worth drafting.

The Philadelphia Eagles could be interested in acquiring Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise, according to John Clayton.
Huddle Up: The oft-injured Prosise has been, surprise, out with an abdomen injury, and even when healthy he's had no meaningful role for Seattle thus far in 2018. He flashed in 2016, however, and would be worth keeping an eye on if he ends up in Philly before the trade deadline.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (abdomen) does not have a significant injury and he might be available for the Week 4 game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Huddle Up: Prosise could see a larger than anticipated role if Chris Carson (hip) is inactive or limited on Sunday. Rashaad Penny and Mike Davis would also see more touches if Carson is sidelined. Prosise is only worth fantasy consideration in the very deepest of PPR leagues only if Carson is out.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise could be moved to receiver in the wake of Doug Baldwin's knee injury, according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Huddle Up: This idea makes sense on multiple levels, including the fact Prosise has struggled to stay healthy at running back and spent some time at receiver in college. The Seahawks are also deep at running back with Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny and Mike Davis, so it makes sense from that standpoint as well. Prosise obviously does not need to be claimed off waivers yet, but this is a development that could give him an avenue to be relevant again - especially if his official position remains running back.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (hip) was able to make his preseason debut Saturday, Aug. 18, against the Los Angeles Chargers. He finished with 12 rushing yards on three carries while posting six receptions for 35 yards on his six targets.
Huddle Up: Prosise has a ton of talent, and he could be someone who helps fantasy owners in PPR leagues if he could only stay healthy. His propensity for injury makes him a very risky play. Avoid him in all but the deepest of leagues, especially since he has a ton of company in the Seattle backfield with Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, Mike Davis and JD McKissic.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (hip) missed his second straight practice Monday, Aug. 13, due to a hip flexor injury.
Huddle Up: Prosise might be able to return to practice soon, and he'll need to get back with plenty of competition in the backfield. The presence of Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny and Mike Davis, as well as Prosise's propensity for injury, makes him a very, very risky fantasy proposition.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise has 'looked good' during OTAs, according to head coach Pete Carroll, but Carroll said Prosise is 'battling' for a roster spot.
Huddle Up: With Rashaad Penny now in the mix, Prosise is going to be an option on passing downs, at best. If he makes the team, he will only be a late-round flier in PPR formats.

Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider recently mentioned that the club 'needs' RB C.J. Prosise 'to be a reliable dude,' adding that he's an 'extremely talented guy.'
Huddle Up: Seattle's running game was a mess last season, although that had a lot to do with most of their tailbacks being banged up, including Prosise, who landed on injured reserve in mid-November and did not return. That's been a theme of his career up to this point, having played in just 11 out of a possible 32 games since being drafted two years ago. As Schneider said, he's talented but needs to stay healthy, and he'll carve out a useful role if that is the case.

Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (ankle) could return from the Reserve/Injured list later this season, according to head coach Pete Carroll, despite being placed on IR Tuesday, Nov. 14. His return would have to be during the postseason, however.
Huddle Up: Prosise would certainly give Seattle's backfield a boost if/when they are in the playoffs; we just don't know how long he'd be able to stay healthy. As for the regular season, Thomas Rawls possess the most fantasy upside in standard leagues, while J.D. McKissic has appeal in PPR formats.

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 14.
Huddle Up: Injuries have plagued Prosise throughout his short career. He has only played in 11 games in his two seasons. Seattle's backfield remains a disappointing crapshoot, but Thomas Rawls has the most upside going forward. J.D. McKissic is worth a pickup in PPR leagues.
