Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Nov. 30. QB Joe Callahan was signed to the practice squad.
Huddle Up: David Blough will now take over as the Lions starting QB with Matthew Stafford still sidelined by a back injury. Blough is an option only in two-QB leagues.

Detroit Lions QB David Blough will be the starting quarterback for the Lions in Week 13. QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) will serve as the No. 2 quarterback during the game.
Huddle Up: Blough will be making his NFL debut this week because of Driskel's hamstring injury. He probably will not be asked to throw a lot, which will hurt the fantasy value of Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones. Bo Scarbrough should receive plenty of carries and can be at least a flex option in leagues. Blough should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 27, and is considered questionable for the game Thursday, Nov. 28, against the Chicago Bears.
Huddle Up: Driskel would be a very low-end QB2 in the tough matchup if at full health. Fantasy managers in nearly all formats should be able to find another option this week.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) said Tuesday, Nov. 26, he's progressing toward a return to health. 'Yeah, it's definitely gotten better each and every day,' Driskel said. 'That's just a testament to the guys in the training room - all of those guys that are here all hours of the day working with us.
'Yeah, so just doing what you can to get your body right and be out there. That's part of the game and that's part of this league is getting your body good to go each and every week.'
Huddle Up: The Lions haven't yet signed another quarterback ahead of Thursday's game against the Chicago Bears, leaving David Blough as the only other QB on the roster other than the injured Matthew Stafford. TE Logan Thomas is the Lions' emergency quarterback. Driskel will be a low-end QB2 in the tough matchup if able to take the field.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) is still 'pretty sore,' according to comments made by head coach Matt Patricia on Tuesday, Nov. 26. However, Patricia suggested that Driskel would have practiced Tuesday if Detroit had scheduled more than just a walk-through.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel (hamstring) was limited during practice Monday, Nov. 25. The Lions did not hold a practice Monday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation to see if Driskel is in any danger of missing the Week 13 game. He has posted decent numbers since taking over the starting job and could be a starter in two-quarterback leagues if he plays.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel completed 20 of his 33 pass attempts for 207 yards, a touchdown and an interception in a 19-16 loss to the Washington Redskins in Week 12. He also rushed nine times for 63 yards.
Huddle Up: His scrambling ability provides some additional fantasy value, but Driskel is still a reach as a streaming option.

Detroit Lions QB Jeff Driskel completed 27-of-46 passes for 269 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears in place of the injured QB Matthew Stafford (back).
Huddle Up: Driskel had a fair day, but he isn't someone you'll want to rely upon in standard fantasy leagues if he gets another start in place of Stafford. He might not be a bad low-cost DFS option, however, in Week 11 at home against Dallas. Again, that's assuming Stafford isn't healthy enough to play.
