Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (ankle) might be active for the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, Nov. 19. Head coach Sean McVay said Cooper is healthy and practicing with the team.
Huddle Up: Cooper has been sidelined since Week 1 and technically hasn't been activated from the Reserve/Injured designated to return list, but he might be activated soon, perhaps when the team places Cooper Kupp (knee) on IR. Cooper might have some rust and is not a recommended fantasy option at this point, but he is a player worth monitoring.

Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (shoulder) could miss the
season opener with a shoulder injury expected to sideline him a
couple of weeks, head coach Jeff Fisher said.
Huddle Up: Cooper was on track to open the year as the starting slot
receiver, but the injury could change that. He could eventually
emerge as a WR5 in PPR formats, but you can leave him on the
waiver wire for now.

Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper, WR Kenny Britt and WR Tavon Austin are currently the top three receivers, head coach Jeff Fisher said.
Huddle Up: The Rams' run-first offense won't do him any favors, but with Cooper set to be on the field in three-receiver sets, he could be worth a late-round gamble in PPR formats.
