Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Moore continues to split first-team reps with QB Patrick Mahomes (knee) in practice, and he could start in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans if Mahomes is deemed not ready.
Huddle Up: Moore didn't do much in a win against the Denver Broncos, he fell to the Green Bay Packers but had a solid statistical day, and he threw for 275 yards and a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings. He is more of a QB2 in most fantasy leagues if he makes another start.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (knee) will continue to split first-team reps with QB Matt Moore in practice this week, and it's possible he could return in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. 'It's going to be day to day,' head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday, Nov. 6. 'He didn't take a ton of reps last week. We'll try to increase him a little bit and see how it works out.'
Huddle Up: Mahomes might be practicing this week, but the Chiefs are taking it slowly with him and it is anything but a certainty that he'll be the starter against the Titans. Fantasy owners might want to keep him reserved until he can officially return and play a full game without any setbacks.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Moore completed 25-of-35 passes for 275 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 9 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Huddle Up: Moore did a good job going 1-1 in his two starts against two difficult NFC North opponents in place of Patrick Mahomes (kneecap). It's expected that Mahomes will be back in Week 10, so Moore's fantasy appeal is likely done.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Moore completed 24 of 36 passes for 267 yards and two touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Oct. 27.
Huddle Up: You have to give Andy Reid a lot of credit for Moore's success as many of his throws were in the flat or into huge windows as Reid used the threat of the team's speed outside to keep Green Bay in a soft zone. He'd likely face a more aggressive scheme next Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, but that will depend on Patrick Mahomes' health.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Moore is slated to make his first start since 2017 and his sixth since 2011 on Sunday, Oct. 27, with starting QB Patrick Mahomes (knee, ankle) ruled out by head coach Andy Reid on Friday, Oct. 25.
Huddle Up: The Chiefs are loaded with offensive weapons, and Reid has had 10 days to work with Moore on a game plan. With no shortage of QB injuries and question marks in Week 8, use Moore as a low-end QB2 in two-quarterback leagues if you need to.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Moore completed 10 of 19 passes for 117 yards and a touchdown on Thursday, Oct. 17, against the Denver Broncos. Moore came into the game in the second quarter in place of an injured QB Patrick Mahomes (knee).
Huddle Up: Moore is one of the NFL's more experienced backups with 30 starts on his resume, though only five of those came in the last seven-plus campaigns. The question isn't so much what would Moore's value be if Mahomes misses time, but rather how much of a hit would players like Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce take? The only thing to be done for now is wait for an update on the severity of Mahomes' injury.
