Terms of the contracts were not disclosed, but earlier reports stated Johnson signed a one-year, $2.5 million contract, Okudah signed one-year, $4.75 million deal, Phillips signed a one-year, $2.6 million deal and Townsend signed a two-year, $6 million deal.

Impending free-agent P Tommy Townsend (Chiefs) agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the Houston Texans Monday, March 11, worth $6 million, according to a source.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Richie James (knee) practiced in full on Saturday, Nov. 18, but is listed as questionable for Week 11.
