Arizona Cardinals DE Calais Campbell (spine) will play in Week 7.
Huddle Up: IDP'ers take note, but fantasy aside for a moment, it's been a remarkable turnaround after Campbell was down for a long while on the Candlestick turf only 4 short days ago.

Arizona Cardinals DE Calais Campbell (spine) is dealing with what head coach Bruce Arians called a 'bruised spine,' and he was released from a hospital Sunday, Oct. 13, after undergoing an MRI exam and CT scan. 'I feel pretty good,' Campbell said. 'A little sore. Any time after you get one of these you're pretty sore on Mondays.' Campbell lost sensation in his arms and legs shortly after the injury on the field. The tests on Campbell came back negative, and he's hoping to play in the team's Week 7 game Thursday, Oct. 17.
Huddle Up: Good to hear the injury wasn't more serious for one of the most underrated players on one of the most underrated defenses. Turning around and playing this week, though, likely is too much to hope for as the Cards have a short week, hosting the Seahawks on Thursday night.

Arizona Cardinals general manager Rod Graves said DE Calais Campbell will be on the team's roster next season. Graves said the team continues to work on a long-term deal with Campbell but did not say he will receive the franchise tag.
Huddle Up: Campbell's a heckuva player. Last season he had eight sacks, two forced fumbles, one INT, 10 pass deflections, and three blocked field goals.
