Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard carried the ball 17 times for 55 yards and a touchdown against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, Jan. 2. He added 13 yards on three receptions.
Huddle Up: Hubbard was the silver lining of an otherwise dismal performance from Carolina's offense. While he got nothing done against the Bucs in Week 16, it's unclear how Tampa Bay will approach their Week 18 rematch. As a focal point of the offense, Hubbard should at least be useable as an RB3/flex.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed six times for nine yards in Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and he did not have a catch on his only target.
Huddle Up: Hubbard did absolutely nothing, and he has not taken advantage of the opportunity to be the top tailback with Christian McCaffrey sidelined. For fantasy purposes, his value is limited to the deepest of leagues.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed eight times for 40 yards in Week 15 against the Buffalo Bills and he had one reception for one yard on his lone target.
Huddle Up: Hubbard is the top tailback in the mix with Christian McCaffrey back on the shelf, but Cam Newton was the team's leading runner in this one. Hubbard is nothing more than a RB4 or flex fantasy option in Week 16 against Tampa Bay.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard registered 10 rushes for 33 yards and a touchdown in Week 14 against the Atlanta Falcons, and he was not targeted in the pass game.
Huddle Up: That's the difference between Hubbard and the injured Christian McCaffrey, as CMC is a pass-catch threat out of the backfield, the rookie isn't. Still, Hubbard has some fantasy value in standard play heading into Week 15 in Buffalo.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed nine times for 27 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals.
Huddle Up: Hubbard was used to spell Christian McCaffrey in the second half, especially when CMC went to the blue medical tent briefly for a right leg/muscle issue. Hubbard is only worth keeping around as a handcuff to McCaffrey, as a long-term keeper. The Panthers host Washington in Week 11.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed three times for three yards in Week 9 against the New England Patriots, and he cashed his only catch in for 33 yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: Hubbard was back to a reserve role with Christian McCaffrey back on the field for the first time since late September due to a hamstring injury. Hubbard can be safely dropped in most leagues, although he should be retained as a handcuff to CMC just in case of another injury. The Panthers travel to meet the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard registered 82 rushing yards and a touchdown on 24 attempts in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons and he added one catch for nine yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: Hubbard has found the end zone in two of his past three outings, and he has done a decent enough job holding down the fort with Christian McCaffrey on the mend. Hubbard is worth a look as a RB3 or flex fantasy option in most leagues heading into Week 9 against the New England Patriots.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed 12 times for 28 yards and caught four passes for 28 yards in a 25-3 loss to the New York Giants in Week 7.
Huddle Up: Hubbard has been held in check outside of his 100-yard effort against Philadelphia, but he continues to see a heavy workload in place of Christian McCaffrey. He is a volume-based flex play as long as McCaffrey remains sidelined.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard is expected to see more carries as head coach Matt Rhule said the team: 'needs to redefine who we are, and that includes running the ball more.'
Huddle Up: Hubbard had a 16-61-1 line on the ground last week, and he should remain a factor even when Christian McCaffrey returns. He's an RB2 with Run CMC out and will be a flex option when he's back.

Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed for 61 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6.
Huddle Up: Hubbard has performed well while filling in for Christian McCaffrey and posted his first rushing touchdown of the season this week. Fantasy players can consider Hubbard a No. 2 fantasy back next week because of the matchup
