Free-agent LB Del'Shawn Phillips (Texans) reportedly agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Chargers on Friday, March 14. Financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.

Houston Texans DT Folorunso Fatukasi (ankle), WR John Metchie (shoulder), OL Juice Scruggs (foot) and TE Cade Stover (illness) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs. LB Christian Harris (ankle) did not practice on Thursday, Dec. 19, and is listed as questionable. RB Joe Mixon (ankle) was limited in practice all week but no longer appears on the injury report. LB Del'Shawn Phillips (foot), OG Kenyon Green (shoulder), QB Davis Mills (illness) and OG Nick Broeker (hand) practiced in full on Thursday and have also been removed from the injury report.

Also, WR Steven Sims (back) did not practice but is questionable, DT Folorunso Fatukasi (shoulder) was limited and is questionable, and RB Joe Mixon (ankle), LB Del'Shawn Phillips (hip) and OT Laremy Tunsil (ankle) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.
