Jacksonville Jaguars RB Ryquell Armstead was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Sept. 4.
Huddle Up: Armstead's status for Week 1 is now uncertain because of this move, so fantasy players should monitor the situation. He is expected to be the starting running back this season but may miss time depending on his health. Fantasy players should have other running backs available if Armstead is ruled out.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Ryquell Armstead caught five passes for 65 yards against the Houston Texans in Week 9. He was targeted five times during the game.
Huddle Up: Armstead has not been a big factor on offense this season and probably will not have a big role coming out of the Week 10 bye. He can be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Ryquell Armstead will be counted on 'heavily' to serve as the primary backup for RB Leonard Fournette, according to Florida Football Insiders.
Huddle Up: With Alfred Blue injured and Thomas Rawls no longer on the roster, Armstead will be next in line if Leonard Fournette goes down. Given Fournette's injury history, Armstead is a must-own handcuff.

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Ryquell Armstead (concussion) is on the last day of the NFL's concussion protocol, according to head coach Doug Marrone Sunday, Aug. 18. Armstead could play in the team's third preseason game Thursday, Aug. 22.
Huddle Up: Armstead's competing with Alfred Blue and Thomas Rawls to be the primary backup to starter Leonard Fournette. He likely won't have much upside this season, barring injury, but the fifth-round pick of the 2019 NFL Draft could be worthy of a selection in keeper leagues with Fournette's long-term status with the team up in the air.
