Minnesota Vikings WR Olabisi Johnson ended up with seven receptions for a team-high 74 yards on seven targets in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers.
Huddle Up: Johnson entered the game with just six receptions for 102 yards over the first six outings, so he is still not worth a look in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 13 against the Jaguars.

Minnesota Vikings WR Olabisi Johnson and WR Justin Jefferson are 'strong candidates' for the No. 2 receiver role in 2020, according to Eric Smith of Vikings.com.
Huddle Up: Johnson may have the early edge based on experience, but Jefferson will likely take over the role sooner rather than later. Even if he enters the season as a starter, Johnson is a depth option, at best, for fantasy owners.

Minnesota Vikings WR Olabisi Johnson is expected to serve as the No. 2 receiver in Week 8 against the Washington Redskins with WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) out. Johnson was on the field for 52 snaps in Week 7 against the Detroit Lions, or 71 percent of the snaps.
Huddle Up: Johnson is expected to make his first NFL start opposite Stefon Diggs with Thielen on the shelf, and he is facing the hapless Washington Redskins. Still, he is nothing more than a WR5 in most seasonal fantasy leagues, although DFS players might want to roll the dice on the low-cost alternative.

Minnesota Vikings WR Olabisi Johnson said he will take over the starting slot receiver role with WR Chad Beebe (ankle) on the Reserve/Injured list. 'I'm going in whenever we go to three-receiver sets and things like that,' Johnson said.
Huddle Up: Although Johnson may now be a starter, there's no reason for fantasy owners to be excited. Beebe had managed just two catches in the same role, and the Vikings have been leaning heavily on the run game in general this season.

Minnesota Vikings WR Olabisi Johnson's versatility as a receiver and ability to play special teams have earned him more playing time, according to head coach Mike Zimmer. 'He's a guy that can play multiple spots, and I think the more he has done that, the more he's been able to get involved in the offense,' Zimmer said.
