Miami Dolphins WR Preston Williams (knee) is on schedule in his return and is jogging, according to a team source. The Dolphins are optimistic he'll be ready for the regular-season opener after tearing his ACL last November.
Huddle Up: Williams is expected to start on the outside opposite WR DeVante Parker in 2020, though it's unknown whether the Dolphins' receiving group will be working with returning veteran QB Ryan Fitzpatrick or rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa. Williams showed great promise while catching 32 passes for 428 yards and three touchdowns over just eight games as an undrafted rookie last year. He'll be an excellent late-round target in the hope he can regain his early-season rookie form.

Miami Dolphins WR Preston Williams (knee) is on the season-ending Reserve/Injured list now, but the team is convinced he is a long-term piece. 'He's come a long way since his arrival here,' receivers coach Karl Dorrell said Wednesday, Nov. 6. 'I'm very encouraged he's going to have an excellent NFL career.' The team would like him to work on improving after three drops, but they feel it will come with knowledge and experience.
Huddle Up: Williams was one of the only consistent and viable fantasy options during the first half of the season. While he might necessarily be a slam-dunk keeper option in long-term formats, he is someone to remember on Draft Day 2020 in the later rounds when looking to pluck sleepers.
